Welcome to your Pure Michigan Adventure! Our three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located only a few minutes from The Highland’s resort with world class golf, tennis, mountain biking, as well as zip lining. 10 minutes from beautiful Petoskey and Harbor Springs with great shopping and dining options. Also, within 10 minutes of the shores of Lake Michigan, and hundreds of miles of maintained snowmobile and ATV trails.

Our newly remodeled cottage features a large open living room with vaulted ceilings and dining area with a spacious well stocked kitchen for group meals. There are 2 1/2 renovated bathrooms, also on the lower walk out level there are 3 well-appointed bedrooms. All of our bedding are Ralph Lauren percale or sateen cotton for a luxurious sleeping experience. We have in-unit laundry machines, fire place and outdoor firepit 1,800 Sq ft

Perfectly suited for a vacation with family or friends, we are situated with easy access to all the adventure our area and town have to offer and the comfort of a home base to return to.

We have updated our home with high-efficiency appliances, LED lights, sustainable materials. We do not use any pesticides and try to use natural cleaning products. We have reusable cleaning cloths and provide recycling bins. We also encourage local sourcing and adventures.

Back yard has direct access to 1000 acres of state land with trails for snowshoeing (5 pairs provided), cross country skiing and hiking. Attached garage with space to store your outdoor equipment.

Getaway

We brought our family for a weekend getaway. Before heading to Boyne Mtn, we made breakfast in the fully accommodating kitchen. Pretty much everything you can think of was there. The breezeway room btwn the garage and house was nice to store you boards and skis. The full bath as you enter the home was a little chilly so it was nice that there was a heater available. This is a beautiful home on a quiet street in the woods. Highly recommend.

Winter Wonderland

We stayed 4 nights and wished it was longer! We had a housekeeping issue upon arrival, but Darcie answered right away and had the problem fixed within a couple hours. We also reached out when the driveway needed plowed and someone came within a couple hrs. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen as we cooked most of our meals there. We were mins away from Nubs and Highlands. The backyard was not accessible due to the massive amount of snow and incline but we did play off the side of the house. We had the most fun inside with the soft indoor snowballs found by the TV. Great place for a family or friends getaway. Will book again!

Great place, awesomd location and plenty of space. All kitchen appliances you could ask for. Awesome for cooking. Only complaint was garbage left in ghe garage on the ground, but not a big deal at all. 10/10 reccomend.

Perfect ski lodge

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The lodge is in a great location, very close to both Highlands and Nubs Nob. The interior is cozy yet spacious, and all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a long day of skiing. The host was incredibly attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better ski getaway and will definitely be returning next season! Highly recommend!

Great set up for skiing at Nubs or Highlands

Thoughtful set up for skiers. Garage acts as loading /unloading area and/or parking for non large vehicles. Boot room with heater, hooks and racks to dry equipment. Cozy upstairs with natural fireplace (bring your own wood), TV / lounge seating for 6, eating table seats 8. Beds for 7 along with three toilets, a shower, and a tub/shower made for easy bedtime. All bedrooms on lower level. Well stocked kitchen with many appliances. Confirm availability of appliance ahead of time if you want to rely on it. Very quiet setting. Outdoor areas were snow covered in Jan. Host is nearby and able to handle little issues.

Up North Gem

We loved this cabin in the woods! The fall colors were amazing, the home was well maintained and had many amenities including local coffee :) The host was easy to communicate with via email and instructions were clear. Close to trails, golf, downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey and the Tunnel of Trees. Great backyard for bonfires and grilling. Would definitely stay here again!

Great cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was clean, well appointed, and everything was in good working order. It offered privacy on a quiet road but was also close to multiple towns and lots of activities. The beds were SO comfortable, I wish I had the same kind at home! I would absolutely stay here again!

July 4th Family Vacation

We traveled with our family of six, which included children ranging from seventeen to twenty-two. The cabin was very clean and easy to access. The kitchen was fully stocked with useful items and everything worked, including the TV with Roku, WiFi, and laundry. It was helpful to have the bedrooms downstairs with the main living room/dining/kitchen upstairs with teenagers because they stay up late. The living room furniture was not terribly comfortable and TV and sound system were basic, so that could all use an upgrade. Additionally, do not expect to walk out the back door onto extensive trails. There are some overgrown trails that do not go very far. Overall, a clean, easy to access, well-appointed, secluded cabin that could use some minor upgrades, but would certainly stay there again for the reasonable price. Our family gives it a positive review and we enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful surroundings and Beautiful home

The house was clean and well equipped. My family and I stayed 6 nights and was able to be comfortable because they provided everything we needed. Petoskey state park is about 12 minutes away which we enjoyed the beach. There is also Barred owls in the area which was such a cool experience. If you love wildlife and nature in general this house is a perfect spot for a family vacation. I would pick this property again when visiting harbor springs.

The inside of the home was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The furnishings were nice. The outside yards were very unkempt, unlike what the pictures show. There were piles of leaves everywhere. It seemed they were there since fall). The landscaping was also not cared for. The furniture by the fire pit was very dirty. The deck was full of leaves (which I had to sweep). These are things that should’ve cleaned up before guests arrive. The deck had a nice sectional and picnic table, but also random furniture. If you are only concerned with using the inside of the house then I would recommend it .

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for our family ski trip. So close to nubs and highlands. It was extremely cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again. My only negative is with all the rooms on the downstairs floor, steps above can get a little loud in the morning. But we were up early to ski anyway so was not a big deal.
