Self parking was very convenient, they do offer valet if you want.. they both have a fee.. staff was awesome! They were super busy because the day we checked in they had 3 weddings scheduled. We got there super early but they got us in a few hours before our Check in time which was great! Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfy! Hershey park was about 30 min away. We walked a few blocks to the bridge which was very pretty. My kids had a lot of fun even though we were just there for the night.

The Hotel was lovely & the staff & customer service were excellent. Excellent quality buffet breakfast. The only reason I did not rate it excellent, was that the bed was hard, but my husband liked it! Area is not safe, sadly many homeless sleeping on sidewalks around the hotel.

Wonderful hotel as Hilton's always are, staff very friendly and helpful! Room very comfortable, and the 1700 Degree Steakhouse on the property is one of the finest high-end steakhouses in PA. Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel needs a upgrade but I have to tell you the bed was very comfortable the towels were very nice and large and good quality, bad room and bathroom was very clean And the best part of the stay was the restaurant 1700 steak house restaurant!!!! OMG please definitely try it very very nice and delicious food and very knowledgeable and friendly staff . I can’t wait to make the trip to go to the restaurant again 😍

Thee staff were all professional and friendly. Room was comfortable. There is no recycling on site which is ludicrous. The food I got from the Ad Lib restaurant was alright. The toilet paper in the bathroom was awful.
