Hot breakfast needs improvement, sausages were burnt, hash browns ran out but took ages for them to top it up so had to wait at least 5 minutes after i told the staff. Bedroom was very cold e en though the heating was set to max the radiator feels cold. Room could have done with spare blanket/duvet.

First thing for us was the size of the room, nowhere to put suitcases no chairs to sit on, coffee tea kettle on top of safe on floor, staff where great in changing room. Spa was great. Breakfast was very nice.

The hotel and rooms were comfortable, we only reserved a basic room but we were pleased with it. The hotel is pretty and in a nice setting and has easy access to the town. We thought the Spa was small given the size of the hotel and only got short use of it as there were no available loungers. Overall a nice short stay.

Dust on the lampshades, mouldy in bathroom and bath mats. Changing area for spa wasn’t impressive. Generally needs more cleaning. Check in took a long time. Staff were lovely, friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Nice presentation.

We loved the hotel, very regal looking! Staff werw friendly. Clean and spacious. If i had to guve a negative it would be only one lift which was extremely slow and on a personal note, the bed was extremely hard. We both woke up with sore hips! Again that doesnt mean everyone will find the bed too hard. The bedding and bedroom were beautiful and clean. All in all would definitely recommend and would come again.
