For us, perfection!

This hotel has everything. You can choose to hang there all day or walk in either direction for more to do. We prefer to stay out of the fray a little bit. Hotels closer to town not our thing. Kind and friendly staff. Convenience store across the street. No need for a car as far as we were concerned. Just a lovely, peaceful, well cared for property. We met so many people who come to this hotel year after year. Thick, shaded area to sit if you don't want too much sun. Sea was only a tad rough when full tide was in but otherwise, perfectly calm to swim compared to other beaches we saw further South. We had requested a lower level in advance and were accommodated. The beds, for us, were perfection. We DON'T like pillow tops and everywhere else seems to advertise this like it's the best thing ever. These beds were firm but not hard. We were so comfortable. I can't say enough about the staff, many of whom had worked for this family for over a decade. We will be back for sure.

The hotel has 4 flights without any elevator. It was a shock to have to climb 48 steps to our second floor room. We had a knee replacement and asked to be moved. I must say the manager was very helpful and arrange a room at a street level. It still took 24 steps to go to the pool and dining room. Beech was beautiful. Unless you have a car you have to use taxi no matter where you go. Place was clean and staff very friendly.

Great Budget Friendly Beach Front Hotel for Family

Great budget friendly beach front hotel. Convenient to a little market and restaurants. The room was clean, but dated. The pool and patio areas are convenient, along with the beautiful beach front with plenty of chairs. The nightly entertainment was nice. The buffet food was good but way over priced. This was a great location for our family trip. I also did not get one mosquito bite our entire visit!

I agree with all the other reviewers. However, what I loathed was, on some mornings, a female would have a loud conversation with the member of staff in the security cabin at the front of the hotel. This was at 5am.

Hello from Canada! Stayed at Coconut Court Jan 27-Feb 10, 2025. This should be a 5 Star resort, I think the only reason it does not have this rating is because there is no elevator. All other amenities were 5 Stars. Owners are all super nice and visible. Staff are all lovely and very personable. Cleanliness is excellent. So close to many amenities, and if not you either jump on a bus or grab a cab. We would definitely go back to this resort. Thank you Coconut Court for taking good care of us while there, we had a great time on our first visit to Barbados.

Go for the beach and the ocean front rooms

Perfect beach with protection of a reef. Not much chance of rip tides. Several large sea grape trees supplying lots of shade on the beach. Great pool. Rooms are all ocean front and well maintained. Property is clean

Great Place on the Beach

This property is on the beach. We were on the ground floor and could walk out our beach-side door to the pool deck, then down a few steps to the beach level. Both levels have a bar. Service at the beach was available and the restaurant was very good. The water was very clean and mostly protected by an offshore reef. The hotel is on a road serviced by a strange but efficient bus service utilizing 16-passenger vans. We rode them into town and down the shore to many excellent restaurants.

Very lovely hotel. Staff was wonderful and owners very personable and helpful. Our room was lovely and cleaned each day and towels plentiful. The food and beverages were great. Highly recommend. One drawback is there are many stairs to get down to restaurants, pool and beach for those with poor health.
