Unprofessional services

The receptionis didn't recognize the booking at the mobile apps and asking for payment and later when we forced her to check at the office and she came out and she gave the room key. So bad for the beginning

Very old hotel with a smell

Staff are a bit rude, room is old and some stain is there and can't come up, the room has a smell to it. One good thing is that the room is big.

The wifi reception was bad in the room. Have to go out of room and stand near the wifi device to 'catch' the wifi.

For the price of S$54.92 nett for 3 adults is very cheap. Shopping location 10 minutes. Breakfast is good .

最初に案内された部屋は、まだ清掃中でしばらく廊下で待機していたが終わりそうになく、ボーイさんがフロントに連絡して、別の階のの部屋になった。その部屋のセーフティーボックスは故障していて使えなかった。また、冷蔵庫のドアがしっかり閉まらず、氷が溶けて床に水が流れ出していた。3日目には直してくれたけど。

街の中心部にあり、どこへ行くにもそれなりに便利です。 ハジャイ駅からも徒歩１０分以内ですし、食料品や日用品が買えるスーパーへも、徒歩１０分以内です。 ホテル内にタイマッサージの店があり、値段・マッサージ技術・設備、全て平均点はあると思います。
