I have stayed at this hotel many times during my travels to Puerto Rico. It has always been clean and accommodating. We were checked into a building adjacent to the main hotel on this trip. Within moments, our baggage and bed linens were overrun with tiny roaches. The front desk attendant was very polite and helpful in immediately relocating us to a different room in the main building. The replacement room was very clean and roach free. I will chalk this experience off to an unusual one off and give them the benefit of the doubt.

The only thing that I will not recommend is that is very noisy. You can hear all the cars during the night and morning, we couldn’t sleep well.

Una noche en Hatillo tranquila

Estuve con mi esposa una noche debido a una actividad ministerial que teníamos en Arecibo . Muy limpio el cuarto y con facilidades muy buenas como una nevera de cuarto , microondas y estufita . TV y aire ac en buenas condiciones . Nos quedamos en las villas . Parking gratis es un plus . Único problema. Es el ruido de los autos en la noche

It was a good stay. Everyone was very friendly. The place was clean and convenient. We stayed from out of town to avoid traffic the next day and it worked out great. I recommend.

Don't fall for 8.2 rating. I don't know how Puerto Rico hotels are rated but this one is terrible. Normal amenities in any hotel like microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker etc are not in room and the hotel charges extra to provide that. I'm traveling with kids, and the toilet flush is a hassle, once it just flooded the room and we have to change it to other one. Please guys go to some good hotels. This is not even that cheap to have less expectations, you can get a decent Day's inn in this price.
