The sound of the waves crashing against the shore serves as a melody for a serene atmosphere. The kitchen area is equipped with a small two burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Keurig Cofee maker, blender & sandwich press. An ample balcony invites you to plan your next adventure.

Plunge pool style: a plunge pool is a small pool designed for lounging and cooling off, not swimming or activities.

The space
The property is on a first-floor floor with a large private beachfront balcony. It can be accessed through the front door with a keypad lock. 2 bedrooms and plunging, not heated pools. Custom Rain shower bathroom.

Guest access:
Full access to the apartment is listed as having a private balcony and two plunging pools. Equipped kitchenette and two bedrooms. One master bedroom with a king bed, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a rolling door that gives you direct access to a pool.

Other things to note:
Property includes direct walking access to the beach. Swimming pool and the Beach: By entering into these bodies of water, they do so at their own responsibility. The Owner and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Is mandatory that you shower before entering into the pool. **Advisory: We currently do not count on alternative methods of electric power or water supply in the case of an interruption. Please know that sudden loss of power or water services is common on the island. We have included a flashlight in case it is needed. These outages can vary in duration and frequency, so it's essential to be prepared. Nonrefundable policy includes losses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". The property manager or property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests due to such incidents or occurrences. This includes, but is not limited to other services or recommendations such as excursions, outdoor activities, restaurant suggestions, transportation, deliveries, cleaning services, rentals, etc. You may communicate to check for current issues and get updates on service restoration. Everything was as described, easy to check in, very clean, stylish, ample supplies/amenities to get your stay started!. We loved having La Marina in front of the apartment. It was like having an extended outdoor patio! The sound of the waves was amazing. Communication with host on was on point. Most of our activities were centered around nature and Puerto Rico's northern karst country, with Arecibo, Quebradillas, Isabela, and Utuado only a hop, skip, and a jump away. The ocean directly in front of the property has riptides depending on the season. However, there are 2 soaking pools on the property, as well as beaches such as La Magui and La Sardinera nearby that are swimmer friendly. Absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a low key, relaxing place to stay.

The property is beautiful with a nice view of the ocean. Everything was very clean and we had all the amenities of home. The plunge pools were a nice touch and are not heated. The beds were very soft and clean. We would highly recommend this place for a quiet beach getaway.

Wonderful experience at stylish beachfront suite

This apartment was as stylish and contemporary as the photos depicted. It reminded me of the industrial, minimalistic design in hotels in South Beach, Miami - large uncovered windows for utmost viewing pleasure. Located directly in front of a gazebo on the beach, you could hear the waves crashing on the shore from within, and you can even see the ocean from the luxurious refreshing private pool in the back patio. I enjoyed coffee on the wrap-around porch every morning and walks along the beach as well as to the city plaza. During our stay, we encountered a hurricane (Ernesto), which I was nervous about since the island still hasn’t recovered from Hurricane Maria several years ago. The host was the best I’ve ever dealt with. She was very communicative and even had extra provisions for us. She replied to every message I sent and in a timely manner. We lost power a few times (very typical on the island) but the apartment remained cool. I would definitely stay there again.
