Across the street is the ocean and is neat the shops of Hatteras Landing. The ferry is right next door to the retail shops.

The condo was very nice esp. the pool and distance to the ocean. The property manager was very attentive as there was a last minute issue with the door lock. Only issue was the wifi was bad. Couldn't watch TV without it buffering every 5 minutes and our son couldn't use his laptop at all. Otherwise, would definitely rent this condo again!!!!
