There is another double ensuite bedroom and a garden room on the lower ground floor, giving more space to relax and for children to play; bifold doors open to the rear, enclosed garden with a paved terrace and lawned area, a perfect sheltered spot. Guests will enjoy the hot tub (charged out of season), perfect for de-stressing after a busy day exploring. Steps lead from here to the balcony above, or to the side entrance and front drive. The garage/utility space is accessed from the sitting area and is an ideal space for wet weather and beach gear, perfect secure storage for bikes, kayaks and water sports equipment.Conveniently located, you are only a short downhill walk from the gorgeous sandy beach of Broad Haven, popular with surfers and families alike, there is a water sports hire shop here, while children will love spending their days, paddling, messing around on the sand and marvelling at the rock pools. There is a well-stocked village shop, local pub and cafe and restaurant all within walking distance.The pretty cove of Little Haven lies over the headland or can be reached at low tide across the beach, its sheltered sandy beach is popular with children and swimmers, there is a selection of pubs, restaurants to try clustered round the water.
