Staff friendly enough. Nothing special. The bar was not stocked .. the remote control very temperamental .. heating on full with no thermostat in the room. Room clean but dated.

Good parking, lots of space. Nice clean room, very comfy bed and a great night’s sleep. Staff very helpful and attentive - cannot fault them. Shower was lovely, hot and powerful. All in all, very happy with my stay, would definitely stay again. Did not try any of the food so unable to comment.

Stayed here for 1 night . The staff were great . However the management need to make sure all TVs are working as I had no signal but staff swapped tv over 2 hours later . Plus would have been nice to have a heater in room as room was cold . The radiator was off .

Room was clean and tidy, as were the common areas. Room (203) needs a bit of maintenance, cracked basin, loose tap and loose door hinge. But these did not detract from our stay. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is excellent value. I had a room with an adjoining door through which I could hear everything happening next door. I raised it with reception and they moved me straight away - so excellent service too.

The room was large and well appointed. Only tepid water in the shower. Carpet a bit tacky. Breakfast was a nightmare. No fruit for the cereal, tables not cleared, hot buffet was tepid and only mushrooms, beans, one sausage and 3 fried eggs available. All other trays empty.Waited 15 min to get bacon and tomato added.
