The large 4 bedrooms sprawling across the three levels of the property make you feel like you have tons of space while still having intimate spaces for family time on the porches or family living and dining areas.
When you walk in Golden Tee Haus, you're greeted with an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room, opening up to the main floor deck featuring an outdoor seating area, big screen Smart TV, and wood burning fireplace! You also have the master bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you have two guest bedrooms with 2 queens in each room, a Juliet balcony, and a shared bathroom. In the basement, you have the large game room and another comfortable lounging area with a Smart TV, an Arcade game, and the infamous Golden Tee Golf Simulator! Right out the back door you have another screened porch with the large hot tub spa for your enjoyment!
Perks of being located in the wonderful Innsbruck community you also have access to the nearby outdoor community pool and Tennis/Pickleball courts. Access codes are required.

Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring, March1-June 15 and Fall, October - November. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, bring your own fishing equipment, Add package at checkout or by calling the office.

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay
