Amazing hotel and staff. Easy ski in&out, very convenient on the slopes. Great view from rooms. SPA and especially sessions with Hannah was a real treat. Very good pizza and food. Highly recommend. Only fall back is you need a taxi to come back from apres-ski and if you dine in the town.

Gorgeous Hotel!

This hotel is GORGEOUS! Eveything is clean, the staff is friendly, and the beds are insanely comfortable! We went to ski and were not disappointed! Highly recommend!

Shame about the staff training

Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay again purely for the ski in ski out access and views.

Prefect mountain views

Incredible views, better if you get a room looking into the valley. If you get a room with a tub, you'll have to take a big step to get in. Great food with an international staff. If your planning to ski, rent them from the hotel.

Very bad first impression

The staff was helpful with a reservation for a dinner but completely failed when I asked for a breakfast to go as we had to leave at 7:30 AM and the breakfast buffet was not open yet. I got an excuse that the chef was late for work and couldn’t prepare anything… apart from that the hotel didn’t upgrade us even though I’m a gold member and there was availability.

Fantastiske ansatte og nydelig mat

KDette var en meget positiv opplevelse! Rommet med fjell utsikt hadde kjempegod seng med gode puter,håndklær og badekåper var myke og deilige. Kaffe på rommet er alltid ett pluss! Hotellet hadde en god atmosfære og minnet om en mountain lagde du kan finne i Alpene. Hotellet var helt fullt de tre nettene vi var der men vi følte aldri at vi sto i kø eller måtte vente på ting. Litt ventetid på serveringen til lunsj, men det var fordi vi spiste sen lunsj akkurat når folk kom til afterski. Maten var fantastisk! Vi spiste både lunsj og middag i restaurant Lynx og oss tre i mellom spiste vi oss nesten gjennom hele menyen. Alt var kjempegodt. Flotte råvarer og meget bra tilbehør. Pizza brødet og aiolien vi spiste som “forrett « var rykende ferskt. Vinlisten var godt pairet med menyen og prisene var gode.Frokosten var også flott.Alt av tilbehør og pålegg,varmt,ferskt brød, frukt og grønnsaker,smoothies,juice,ingefær shots og omelett laget på bestilling. Spa avdelingen var flott. Eneste var tøflene du fikk delt ut. De var livsfarlig glatte på vått gulv! Her bør det kjøpes inn slippers eller lignende.De kan jo også rengjøres og brukes igjen og igjen i stedet for å kastes slik som engangs tøfler. Miljømessig lurt også. Skiheisen går rett på utsiden av hotellet,parkering er rett utenfor. Men det som gjorde opplevelsen så spesiell var de ansatte! Maken til hyggelige servitører, resepsjonister,bartendere,vinkelnere,renholdere spa ansatte osv. kort og godt alle! Tusen takk for opplevelsen!

Es ist nicht umsonst das schönste skihotel 2024

Alles perfekt und unaufgeregt. Wir hatten eine sehr großes Eckzimmer mit Blick auf das Tal und der Piste mit Riesen Panoramafenstern, selbst von der Badewanne aus, wunderschön. Das einzige , wir wussten nicht dass wir Zeitslotz für den Spar buchen mussten und standen dann da und konnten ihn nicht nutzen. Und leider waren sie da auch nicht flexibel. Das war aber auch das einzige. Alles andere , wie der ski verleih und der direkte Zugang zur Piste ging superschnell. Das essen und trinken war sehr gut , auch mit einem guten preisleistungs Verhältnis. Also immer wieder gern.
