Other Things to Note:
• This is a traditional cottage, guests are asked to mind their heads as there are low beams in parts of the property. The stairs are slightly narrow and steep.
• The fire in the kitchen is not in use, the chiminea in the garden is currently also not in use.
• Kitchen: There is no freezer. The sink waste disposal unit is not in use - There is seating for 6 guests, 4 dining chairs and 2 bar stools.
• We do not supply logs.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. However, for confirmed bookings, we offer discounted extensions (by adding an extra night before or after your stay) if you'd like to secure additional time.
• Security cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be present for safety and monitoring purposes.
• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.
• Please be concious and respectful to the neighbours and local area - no loud music, parties or excessive noise is acceptable.
