The heart of the home is on the lower level with a stylish black kitchen, dining, and a low lounge zone with a gas log fire and beautiful east-facing windows. The view takes in the picturesque bushland and Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve. Step out through the French doors onto a large entertainer's deck to enjoy the native plantings that attract an array of birdlife all year round.

The entrance level features a super comfy lounge with an open wood fireplace. You can't imagine a more comfortable room in Hepburn! The kids can be downstairs watching their favorite movie, whilst adults can retreat here to enjoy the crackling of the fire. The master bedroom is on this level, with an incredible King Split hotel bed, plantation shutters, and a large ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Upstairs there are three cosy luxurious carpeted bedrooms, with access to the east-facing balcony and extensive views. The main bathroom on this level has a wet room with a rain shower and a freestanding bath.

Downstairs, there is a traditional timber sauna, with a rapid coal heater, a treat on cool days and the perfect place to relax. There is a powder room with a third toilet, laundry, and a separate shower on this level.


Outside, a huge entertainer's deck and direct access directly onto the picturesque walking trails and long-distance Goldfields bike track. .
