Comfortable and nicely furnished apartment, just 100 meters from the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Quiet, yet centrally located, halfway between Entferung the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. A minute's walk to the beach (about 100 m) and about 5 minutes to the Baltic Sea Baths (200 m). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk to the town center Ahlbeck for 10 minutes to Heringsdorf 15 minutes. Nearby there are several cozy restaurants and cafes. The residential complex are also a children's playroom, M������������nztrockner and laundromat. A free parking is located on the property. Bicycle storage is possible in a lockable Community bicycle shed.-Brötchenservice (on request) for a fee on the spot ----- On the neighboring property, a new house is being built, so it can sometimes cause increased construction noise .----

Apartment 1. 2.14:
The comfortably furnished apartment for up to 4 people (65 sqm) extends over two floors and is located in the 2nd. OG. This separates agreeably living and sleeping areas. The apartment with southern exposure has on the lower floor of a living room with couch and chairs, a complete kitchenette (4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) and a dining area. The large bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor are reached by a staircase. From floor you can reach the spacious roof terrace. The bedroom has a double bed (2.10 m long and without foot) and a cozy sitting area. For families with children the possibility to effect service of a cot in the parents bedroom. On request can be made a bed for 2 persons on the sofa bed in the basement. A cot and high chair can be provided on request in the apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
