BEACH NEAR SÜDBALKON! Only about 100 meters to the beach promenade! Nice cozy duplex apartment with 2 rooms and add. Bedroom on the gallery, good facilities. Separate bedroom, add. Duplex bedroom, living room with kitchenette and dining area, shower room, south-facing balcony. The apartment has a parking space. Storage room for bicycles and the like is available. The villa has an elevator. All apartments in the Villa Ostseewarte have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device). From the house you can reach the center and the well-known Ahlbecker pier in about 3 or 5 minutes walk.

The stately Villa Ostseewarte in the style of resort architecture is located just 2 minutes from the beach promenade of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. The famous Ahlbeck pier and the village center with grocery shopping, a bakery and numerous restaurants and boutiques can be reached within a 5-minute walk. In the Villa Ostseewarte was subsequently built an elevator. Each of the apartments has a terrace or a balcony, in the apartments 14, 15, 16 and 17 you can even enjoy lake view. The apartments of the Villa Ostseewarte are all bright and friendly and all have Wi-Fi (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and per device, password protected) and a free parking space. Es geht bestimmt besser..., oder?!

- kein Haartrockner- kein Backofen- Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (z. B. Fingerabdrücke des Vormieters auf dem Besteck,die Ecken beim Saugen und Staubwischen vergessen usw.)- Stellplätze für PKW viel zu eng, musste über Kofferraum in mein Auto steiogen, da Nachbarn nicht in erreichbat waren- Spülung defektFeWo ist überteuert!!!Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt, wie immer an derOstsee, sehr schön.

Sommerurlaub Ahlbeck-Usedom

Wir sind als Familie für eine Woche an die Ostsee verreist. Dabei waren wir in Ahlbeck in einer Ferienwohnung. Diese war in den meisten Belangen vollkommen in Ordnung. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die mangelnde Sauberkeit in der Wohnung (Sand, Krümel, Haare usw.). Auch der Boden im Wohn- Essbereich sollte ab und zu mal gewischt werden. Es war teilweise schon sehr ecklig darüber zu laufen. Auch die Küche war nicht so wie man es sich wünscht. Kaputter Müllereimer, schmutziges Geschirr in den Schränken, vom Geschirrspüler mal nicht zu Sprechen. Auch der Teppichboden im OG sollte ab und zu eine Grundreinigung erhalten. Am "besten" war die Dusche, wenn man darunter stand kam auf einmal heißes oder Eis kaltes Wasser raus. Sehr angenehm. Das sollte man auf alle Fälle abstellen. Der war alles andere als toll. Dagegen ist die Lage der FeWo perfekt. Keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum tollen, wirklich sehr tollen Sandstrand. Auch das dass Objekt einen Fahrstuhl hatte war super. So mussten wir das ganze Gepäck nicht bis in den dritten Stock tragen. Super. Alles in allen Ahlbeck/Usedom, jederzeit wieder. Nur nicht nochmal in der FeWo.
