Welcome to us here on the mountain! Enjoy our healthy mountain air in the beautiful Appenzellerland in a quiet and sunny location with a marvellous panoramic view: Alpstein with Säntis, Vorarlberg, across Lake Constance to Germany and the Black Forest. There is plenty of space to play around our house. Various leisure activities in Herisau are within easy reach: such as the sports centre, large playground, Appenzellerpark with one of the largest excavators in the world, as well as the Sedel children's park. Säntispark, reservoir, Walter Zoo, cheese dairy and museums in the neighbouring municipalities. St. Gallen, Lake Constance, Appenzell and Alpstein can be reached in max. 30 minutes by car. In the cosy attic flat there is a cosy kitchenette with a new living room, a new double room with a children's bed, a double room with a view of the Säntis, a room with a bunk bed and a shower/WC. Different room heights due to sloping ceilings from 195 cm. Good access road, 5 min. by car to the centre, 10 min. on foot to the bus.we look forward to your visit!

Urige Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung

Die urige Ferienwohnung auf dem Berg und unterm Dach, umgeben von Kühen und Weiden, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Urlaub nötig ist. Sehr sympathische und freundliche Vermieter, gute Ausflugstipps und die Nähe zu vielen interessanten Zielen machen die Ferien sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, persönliche Unterkunft

Wir haben die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung wirkte in Wahrheit sogar größer als auf den Bildern und wir haben uns mit drei Teenagern und zwei Erwachsenen immer wohl gefühlt. Wir haben in der Küche sehr bequem Silvester mit Raclette gefeiert und um Mitternacht das Feuerwerk in Herisau und Sankt Gallen von oben bewundert. Die Wohnung war nicht nur gemütlich und authentisch, sondern auch sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Familie Signer waren ausgesprochen aufmerksame Gastgeber, die auch spontan auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen sind. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und gerade das Doppelbett auch sehr groß. Die Bettzeuge waren sehr kuschelig, wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, auf einer Anhöhr am Rande Herisaus. Die Aussicht reicht bei gutem Wetter vom Berg Säntis bis zum Bodensee. Herisau ist schnell erreicht, nach Sankt Gallen dauert es nur unwesentlich länger. Am Säntis ist man in einer guten halben Stunde, mit etwas mehr Zeit ist man auch in Bregenz, in Liechtenstein oder Zürich oder in der Rheinschlucht bei Chur.
