The hotel was dated with subpar remodeling. It was most obvious in the bathroom. The hinges on the bathroom door were rusty. There was no fan in the bathroom so when you took a shower, the mirror was completely steamed up.

Hotel was in a great location but the carpets in the hallways and rooms are disgusting and smell. Elevator sounds like it is going to break any second. Rooms are a good size and bedding was clean but the hotel needs a full update and refurbish and refresh.

Front desk check in 5 stars! Breakfast was very nice. The room itself was awful and completely manageable. Yes, some wear and tear, but filth is preventable. It was apparent that housekeeping and management do not have standards, uphold standards or care. A little bleach and elbow grease would make a world of difference. PEOPLE utilize your facilities. Really sad.

When we arrived and checked into our room our eyes and asthma instantly burned and flared up. We checked out and went to Hershey lodge. More expensive but worth feeling healthy breathing for the kids

All of the staff was very nice. Claire was extremely kind and helpful. Crossing the road from the hotel was a challenge. It’s difficult to see and the road is wider than it looks. This is certainly not the fault of the hotel, it is due to the hill. So be careful. This hotel is in a great location.
