Kiinteistömme sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla, josta pääsee helposti saaren kaikkiin kohteisiin.
Huvila on tilava ja täysin varustettu kaikilla mukavuuksilla, joita tarvitset loistavaan lomaan. Se sijaitsee lähellä merta, rauhallisessa ympäristössä oliivipuiden keskuudessa.
Yksityinen uima-allas tarjoaa ainutlaatuisen yhdistelmän ylellisyyttä ja rentoutumista auringon alla vain kahden askeleen päässä huvilasta. Olemme vuokranneet huvilamme jo yli kymmenen vuotta ja olemme saaneet vierailta vain erinomaisia arvosteluja.
Kiinteistön on sertifioinut Kreikan kansallinen matkailujärjestö (ΕΣΛ1039Κ91003007601)
Tämä huvila sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Stalisin ranta. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaille yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

The villa is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We managed without a hire car for the time we stayed. We used the local bus or taxi. Although we did find the taxis very expensive. The villa was a good size for us and we enjoyed using the pool area. Stelios is a super host providing lots of information on the area and being very helpful.

Dreamy stay at Stelios’ villa

It was amazing to stay at Stelios’ villa! The surrounding area is perfect as it is a walk to the beach and great restaurants but we also felt we were enough out of the way to enjoy a calmer time at the villa. The pool was really brilliant for our boys, they spent hours swimming and having fun. Stelios suggested some great places to visit and we felt he was a very supportive host which made all the difference as it was our first time visiting Crete. The beds are super comfortable with cotton sheets. The BBQ area was our favourite place to cook and hang out in the evenings. 10/10 place to stay!! Thank you!!

Stalida Villa Holiday

We stayed in Stelio’s villa in Stalida from 19-29/8. The Villa was well equipped and comfortable with a superb outside area where we spent a lot of time relaxing and socialising. The pool is a really good size with a cozy seating and cooking area under an olive tree. Stelios was a brilliant host who was really responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. Location wise the Villa is well positioned with a short 10min walk down to the Beach and vibrant seafront lined with restaurants, bars and shops. This was great with our kids all being 15-21. Getting around without a car was easy with regular buses up and down the coast. Food wise there’s lots of great places to eat. We loved Maria’s and Kostas in Stalís whilst we had great food at Skippers in Hersonissos and the Oasis in Old Hersonissos. We would recommend them all. Old Malia is also worth a visit with lots of tavernas serving great food. A really great holiday and a big thanks to Stelios 👍

Stayed 1-8th august Professional from start to finish dealing with the owner he was so friendly nothing too much trouble The villa is in a perfect location 10 mins walk and we just love stalis so much to do The villa feels so open outside no one around you Gorgeous views from balcony The owner picked us up no trouble to him He instantly replied if we needed him Wish we could of stayed 10 days Loved it we will be back next year Thank you 😊

5 nights in Stalida

We had a wonderful experience in Crete. Stelios went above and beyond to help collect us and our hire car from the air port and show us to the house. We loved the pool and the house in general. We found Stalida itself a little uninspiring but Stelios' suggestions for places to visit were excellent - particularly loved the hill village Krasi.

Family vacation

We were traveling 3 adults and 2 kids, the house was perfect for us. Kids really enjoyed the pool, which has kids-friendly entrance, and the garden. It was walking distance to the beach, market and restaurants but still in very quiet area. The host was very nice and helpful, he gave us manz useful recommendation. We reallz enjoyed our stay!!!

Lovely villa, great location, fantastic host

Our host Stelios, did everything he could to make our stay comfortable, he gave us a lift to and from the airport, provided food and drink, gave us tips as to where to visit and eat. The villa itself has all the amenities you could want, with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, convenient downstairs shower room. The outdoor area is lovely, with an outdoor kitchen/dining area, a space for sunbathing and a fantastic pool which we used every day. The location is peaceful but within easy walking distance (15 mins) of the local beach and town where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. There are regular bus services that run along the coast so it is very easy to get to places like Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos without the need for a car. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and would be happy to return in future.

Naar verwachting en meer!

Huisje zag er net zo uit zoals op de foto’s, alleen was het met de foto’s een beetje moeilijk in te schatten hoe het er nou echt uit zag. Uiteindelijk was het zoals op de foto’s en zelfs nog een stukje beter! Indeling van het huis was erg fijn en had een rustige maar toch gunstige ligging vanaf de supermarkt en Chersonissos (5 min met de taxi €15). Er stonden consumpties zoals drank, olie en etenswaren die na het vragen gewoon gebruikt mochten worden. (Geen extra kosten voor gerekend.) Eigenaar had een speciale safebox voor de sleutels en zo hoefde er geen rekening met elkaar gehouden te worden, zoals met de aankomsttijden en vertrektijden. Kom dus contactdoos gedaan worden en was top! Kortom leuke villa, die verzorgd was, waaronder het zwembad met een goede ligging en fijne eigenaar. En dat voor de prijs waarvoor de villa werd aangeboden. Hopelijk heb ik jullie op heden goed genoeg geïnformeerd en alvast een fijn verblijf!

Top en heel fijn huis

Het verblijf in de villa was top. We waren met 5 vriendinnen en hebben een top tijd gehad. Het was een fijn huis met veel ruimte en een heel mooi zwembad. We hadden veel contact met de huisbaas en kregen snel reactie als we hulp nodig hadden. We kregen nummers van verschillende faciliteiten zoals van een taxi chauffeur. Het is zeker een aanrader voor families of vriendengroepen.

Es war super schön!

Der Vermieter hat sich regelmäßig gemeldet und Reise Tipps oder Ähnliches gegeben. Er ist außerdem extra zum Flughafen gekommen, um uns zu zeigen, wo wir in den Bus einsteigen müssen. Das war super lieb. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts wohl gefühlt. Die meiste Zeit haben wir in dem schönen Außenbereich verbracht. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen!!

We stayed at this place for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. We especially loved the pool and the BBQ, great if you stay in a group of friends or family. The most amazing stay

I cannot recommend Stelios and this villa highly enough. It is in a lovely private location with fantastic views of the mountains and a short walk to all amenities including a fantastic taverna as well as the beach, shops and many restaurants along Stalis. Stelios is a wonderful host who met us at the airport to ensure we arrived safely and direct us to the villa. He caters the anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay! Top hospitality and superb facilities. We didn't want to leave! And will certainly be returning again next year. Thank you Stelios for the most amazing family vacation

Loved staying here

We enjoyed our stay at Stellios’s place. The location, the pool, the access to the beach, super market and tavern by walking are all part of a winning vacation. Stellios was available to answer any question and help. We loved living in a traditional Greek house which was adding another layer of uniqueness to the whole experience. We will miss it.

Good stay

The house is lovely and pool is fantastic. It was really clean and had some food and water in the fridge for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. It's in a very peaceful neighbourhood and feels relaxing. The walk to Stalida is around 10 minutes but we had to go a long way around due to having a buggy and finding a suitable place to cross the main road, which was a little inconvenient. Stelios, the host, was so helpful and friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa.

Our holiday

Stayed at villa owned by Stelios . He picked us up from the airport , which was so handy . Absolutely perfect and so relaxed. Spotless villa and very beautiful inside with everything you need ,surroundings of mountain views. Peaceful and relaxing holiday and superb location. 10 mins walking to shops and beach. Perfect. Lovely Oasis in Stalida

We had a great stay. The photos don't do it justice! Beautiful villa with everything you need. Great pool for relaxing and sitting around evening and stunning views of the mountains and sea view from the balcony. Stelios was a great host, meeting us at the airport and giving us a helpful tour of the villa on arrival. He also made some great recommendations in terms of visits and local tavernas. The Villa is also very nicely located within 10mins walk to the beach and town of Stalida. Couldn't recommend enough as a great oasis in the wonderful island of Crete!

Stalida Stay

Excellent location, easy walk into town for the bars and food. Nearby supermarkets and only a short drive to everywhere. Good clean pool, and nice sunbathing areas. Aircon in every bedroom and in the main living room which worked very efficiently. Overall this was a great villa in a good location with excellent service.

Nice relaxing stay

Very much enjoyed our stay here, Stelios was kind enough to pick us up from the airport and provided us with lots of helpful information. The villa is very quiet, about 5 mins walk at the bottom of a winding road is a minimarket and a lovely taverna, beware the portions are huge, luckily we saw someone else's before we ordered, my husband and i shared the mixed grill for two, no starters needed, they even wrapped up the rest and we took it home for lunch. You can go under the road via an underpass and 5 more mins walk takes you to the lovely beach and the Stalida strip, lots of little shops here, lovely jewellery, a fantastic bakery with huge doughnuts for the kids and nice ice creams from a great guy who dresses up as Mario or Luigi on request. Many of the bars here back onto the beach and if you buy a drink from them you can use their sunbeds for free, our favourites were Nemo bar (free mini golf for customers, beware the cocktails may make you fall over) and The Irish bar (great music, pool table and darts for the kids). Two lovely restaurants here are Maria's House (so friendly, this was totally the kids favourite) and Mythos (more options on this menu, a little more grown up, this was my favourite restaurant, hallumi and grilled vegetables, feta baked in the oven and amazing lamb). We did have a bit of mosquito problem, so don't wait to be bitten, take some repellent with you and apply regularly, there is a pharmacy on the main strip who speak english if you need something, nice quiet break, very secluded so the kids could make lots of noise, win win.
