VILLA ADA on moderni huvila, joka on kokonaan uusittu vuonna 2018. Se on
sijaitsee upeilla kukkuloilla, joista on näkymät Kokkinini Hani -kadulle Heraklionissa, Kreetalla, rauhallisessa ympäristössä, jossa voit haistaa ympäröivän alueen kreetalaisten yrttien upeaa tuoksua sekä tarkkailla joitain paikallisia harvinaisia lintuja. Merinäköala on ainutlaatuinen ja henkeäsalpaava. Sitä voidaan verrata vain kuuluisaan näkymään Calderaan Santorinissa. Se tarjoaa viehättäviä näkymiä vastapäätä olevalle Dia-saarelle, jota elää villillä kreetalaisilla vuohilla, jotka tunnetaan paikallisesti nimellä Kri-Kri, ja joita esiintyy vain tällä saarella ja Samarian rotkon alueella. Huvila sijaitsee vain 2. 5 km: n päässä Kokkini Hanin ja Gournesin kultaisista, hiekkarannoista. Huvilan pohjakerroksessa (uima-altaan tasolla) on iso olohuone, työpöytä ja kylpyhuone suihkulla. Pohjakerroksessa on myös kuntosali kuntovälineillä.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa (pohjakerros huvilan pääsisäänkäynnistä) on iso oleskelutila ja ruokailutila, keittiö, kylpyhuone porealtaalla, toinen kylpyhuone suihkulla ja iso ruokailuterassi, josta on kauniit näkymät merelle ja uima-altaalle. Siellä on myös iso tv ja ilmastointi.
Yläkerrassa toisessa kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on parivuode, TV, ilmastointi ja terassi uima-altaalle ja merelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on parivuode, vuodesohva kahdelle henkilölle, TV, ilmastointi ja terassi merinäköalalla.
Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa, josta on näkymä puutarhaan, on kaksi sänkyä, TV, ilmastointi ja puutarhaan johtava ovi.
Toisessa kerroksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on parivuode, ilmastointi, TV ja terassi, josta on näkymät puutarhaan. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi sänkyä, TV, ilmastointi ja terassi puutarhaan. Myös tässä kerroksessa on suuri terassi (100 neliömetriä), josta on upeat panoraamanäkymät merelle.
Huvila on vain 15 kilometrin päässä Heraklionista ja se sijaitsee lähellä monia kuuluisia nähtävyyksiä, kuten Knossos, Heraklionin arkeologinen museo, Agia Pelagia, Hersonissos, Malian Minoan Palace, Hersonissos Golfkenttä ja vesikaupunki, vesipuisto.
Alueella on myös erilaisia aktiviteetteja.

Tämä huvila sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Watercity. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan, kuntosalin ja vesipuiston. Huvilassa tarjoaa yksityisen uima-altaan ja poreammeen.

Luxurious family holiday

Very beautiful and spacious place for our group of two families. Everybody found a place to play and have fun. The place was spotless on arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Garden was well designed and kept with all the flowers and bushes. The host was very helpful all the time. We had privet yoga lesson and cheff for one night. What a perfect way to relax in a amazing view and atmosphere!

Sehr große, schöne Villa, mit vielen Zimmern & Terrassen, die wir täglich genutzt haben. Sehr viele Schränke in den Schlafzimmern, alle mit Klimaanlage. Die Kids haben den Pool & auch den Basketballplatz sehr gern genutzt, auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde fast täglich bespielt. Der Pool ist auf der einen Hälfte nicht sehr tief, daher auch für kleinere Kinder gut nutzbar. Ruhige Lage auf dem Berg mit wunderbarer Aussicht (ein Auto ist aber Pflicht). Check-in & -out war sehr angenehm, Dank Stelios. Dieser hat sich auch sofort um alles gekümmert wenn einmal etwas nicht in Ordnung war (Glühbirnen im Badezimmer waren defekt). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt & den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Aber ein Hinweis: das Heizen des Pools musste extra bezahlt werden, dieser Hinweis fehlt hier auf der fewo-direkt Seite, auf der eigentlichen Seite bei VRBO ist der Hinweis vorhanden.Wir haben trotzdem den Aufpreis für den warmen Pool (28 Grad, traumhaft) bezahlt.Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank Stelios.

Lovely and spacious villa with all the facilities we could want. Stelios was very helpful and met us on arrival to show us around, despite us being much later than expected. Pool and BBQ area particularly were wonderful. A car is definitely required to get to shops, beaches, etc, and this was fine as it made us explore the island more!

A beautiful Villa, Stelios met us at the villa and explained everything we needed to know. The pool and outdoor eating facilities are amazing. The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage, we loved the balconies from every room with sea or garden views. I can thoroughly recommend a stay at this Villa.

Wonderful place to stay

Stelios is a fantastic host who was always in touch to ensure everything was okay. The villa is beautiful and was a wonderful place to stay for the family for the week. The Greek people are so friendly and we loved our stay, visiting lots of lovely surrounding towns and also Heraklion.

Millionaire dollar view

From the very first message, Stelios did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of and we had an amazing vacation. The house was well equipped with towels for days at the gorgeous pool. It accommodated four adults and a four year old perfectly. The massage therapists Stelios recommended, Maria and Themis, were so amazing that we scheduled appointments with them twice. There is a rooms near the pool that is perfect for massages!

Accueil royal typiquement crétois, comme si nous étions de vieux amis restés longtemps sans nous voir. Indépendamment de la qualité de vie exceptionnelle et du cadre grandiose qu'offre cet hébergement, le jardin très bien entretenu avec ses variétés de fleurs et de plantes diverses vous apporte des senteurs méridionales qui ont complété agréablement notre séjour. Cerise sur le gâteau, pendant notre séjour, nous avons bénéficié d'un ensoleillement permanent qui a permis à nos enfants d'utiliser la piscine et aux parents de faire un barbecue dans le salon de jardin. Villa Ada est à recommander sans aucune retenue

Die Villa Ada ist die perfekte Villa um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind in paar Autominuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitze Stelios ist unkompliziert und er ist immer für Fragen und Probleme erreichbar. Wir würden die Villa immer wieder buchen.

Perfection!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ada. Stelios was a fantastic host from before our stay even began. He sent us a list recommendations for restaurants and activities for us to consider. The house was just as amazing as shown in the picture. Make sure you plan your evening to enjoy the spectacular sunset. We had an amazing time and the kids were kept busy with the pool and the rest of the amenities. Thank you Stelios for hosting us at your Villa.

Von Empfang bis tur Abreise hat alles super geklappt. Das Haus mit den geräumigen Räumen so wie die Anlage ist sehr gpepflegt. Wir haben mi 8 Personen+2 Kinder uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr nah zu den Stränden, Restaurants, Supermärkte.

Atemberaubender Ausblick!!!

Die Villa bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten, aktiv zu sein: Laufband, Tischtennis, Basketball, Schwimmen etc. Die Außenanlage ist großzügig und aufwendig gestaltet und zudem sehr gepflegt. Der Whirlpool bietet eine schöne Möglichkeit, zu entspannen und den wundervollen Ausblick zu genießen. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgeühlt!! Besonderer Dank gilt Stelios, der zu jeder Zeit für uns ansprechbar gewesen ist und uns vollumfänglich unterstützt hat.

Villa for all

Very nice villa located high in the hills with great views of the town and sea. The villa is well kept and has something for everyone. The inside Great family space as well as the ability to have some personal space as well. The pool, bbq, wood oven and outside dining areas were a favourite. The villa has WiFi which covered the space well. In addition to a variety of fresh Rosemary, pomegranate, lemon, fig plants and trees on the grounds. Location wise it was great for us no more than 20 mins away from Heraklion Airport. Supermarkets also close by and town center, restaurants etc again no more than 20 mins away. Gournes beach was a favourite of ours as it was close by (by car). The Waterpark is a 5-6mins walk away which is a pleasant day out. The property owners were great anytime we needed anything they'd help and assist any way they could. Despite contracting covid they still ensured (via messages) our questions were answered. The villa is clean, plenty of utensils in the kitchen, bedding and towels provided with shower gel and shampoo. The gym, basketball and Cycles are are nice touch the equipment is basic but use able. For cycle enthusiasts you'll enjoy riding the steep hills and for those who aren't even the ride and breeze going down! We enjoyed our stay and liked to thank Stelios and his family for their great hospitality and would certainly like to return in the future!

Traumhaft

Wir haben vom 21.05.23 bis 31.05.23 mit der Familie unseren Urlaub in der Villa Ada verbracht. Die Villa, der Pool, der Garten, der Jacuzzi und der Ausblick waren ein Traum. Die Villa ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Anlage ist hervorragend geeignet für eine Familie, ausreichend Platz für alle und auch für sportliche Aktivitäten. Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte, Darts, Fitnessgeräte und weitere Spiele standen zur Verfügung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Jacuzzi, in dem man liegt und den traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer genießen kann. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg herzlich beim Vermieter Stelios bedanken. Er war sehr sympathisch und freundlich und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Extrawünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Vielen Dank!

Lovely villa, beautiful location

We have just returned from a fortnight in this fabulous villa. The views are breathtaking! There were 7 of us staying in the villa and there was plenty of room for everyone to either spend time together or do their own thing - swimming in the pool, playing table tennis, basketball or reading a book on the sun loungers or in the shade under the veranda. The villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We all slept very well. Stelios and his family were excellent hosts. Always very quick to respond to any queries and there to meet us when we arrived and say farewell on the last day. Very nice touch to receive a ‘goodbye’ gift from him too - thank you. We hired a VW transporter for the fortnight so we used that to drive the short distance in to the local town where there is a good selection of tavernas and a couple of supermarkets. The water park is a two minute walk away - perfect! The villa is ideally located if you want to explore the rest of the island of Crete. We spent a day in Agios Niklaus. It took about an hour to get there but well worth it. We had a fabulous holiday, thank you Stelios. Hope to return.

Super reception! Very accommodating to all inquiries and it made our stay incredible. The mid week cleaning was the most dilligent work I have ever seen and almost too much effort was put into making our stay spotless. Impressive house, view and service. Be advised though that a rental car is needed to do grocery shopping - unless you are extremely fond of mountain walks. Thank you…

Centraal gelegen met een indrukwekkend uitzicht.

Het huis is centraal gelegen om naar veel mooie en historische plaatjes te reizen. Buiten is het zeer goed onderhouden en zijn er meerdere plekken om lekker van de zon of juist de schaduw te genieten. En wat indrukwekkend uitzicht! Perfecte plek om te vertoeven rondom zwembad, jacuzzi, barbecue en pizza oven. Het huis is schoon en praktisch ingedeeld voor twee gezinnen of grotere groepen. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en reageren/ handelen direct waar nodig. Ze geven je een zeer welkom gevoel en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Wij hebben er met 2 gezinnen en hele fijne tijd gehad!

Very pleasant stay

We stayed here for two weeks with the family and we liked it very much. The view is very nice and the barbecue area is also great. Stelios does a great job and we can recommend the villa.

Perfekte Lage! Sehr gute Ausstattung!!!! Sehr gute Betreuung Vorort und sehr hilfsbereit. Achtung für den Jacuzzi wird separat EUR 20.- pro/Tag verrechnet. Dies steht leider nicht in der deutschen Fassung!

Overall great stay; we miss the times

The Villa and it‘s surroundings are great :) we had some issues with tools/appliances in the estate not working- which can Happen. However the fast time of Resolution and kindliness of Stelios & Maria were outstanding. Good times!!!

Fabulous Villa

We very much loved our stay at Villa Ada. The house is spacious with smartly furnished and comfortable rooms. The kitchen is well equipped, and indoor living area is open plan with ocean views. The panoramic views from the house are exceptional, waking up to the blue water and eating dinner whilst watching the sunset was truly special. The large pool as well as Jacuzzi were really great alongside the barbecue and eating area, and the basketball court an added bonus. Stelios and Maria were very gracious hosts, and sorted out any technicalities in a prompt and courteous manor. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Villa

We had a super week in the villa. With a gap of more than 50 years between the youngest and oldest guest everyone felt comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice pool and a portable speaker made for a great atmosphere. Stelio was a really professional and sympathetic host that made sure everything was good for us. Can absolutely recommend this villa 😃

One of our best vacation stay ever!

Beautiful villa, with every detail thought of. What amazing view of Mediterranean sea. Our family had a wonderful week at Villa Ada. It was the perfect base to explore many attractions. Stelios and Maria could not have been more welcoming or helpful and it was lovely to be left a selection of local treats to enjoy. The villa is perfect, if you like a quiet spot away from the usual tourist routes, although it's easy to get to Heraklion and other sights and is only 15 minutes from the airport. Plenty of shops in the area, Kokkini Hani, and a lot lovely tavernas recommended by Stelios. The villa is beautifull with cool and big rooms and plenty of space. The pool area is huge, green and leafy, totally private and very sunny. There are other terraces and balconies, outdoor an lounge area, BBQ with a wood-fire oven, well-kept gardens with an abundance of flowers and trees, to choose from or seek solitude on. House is very well equipped with excellent AC in the bedrooms, gym, bikes, basketball.We loved the heated pool and Hot tub. We found satellite channels and the wifi is great, certainly able to stream a movie when needed. All in all, a lovely holiday. Thank you of the bottom of our heart!
