Beautiful Bel Aire Overlook, a Hiawassee mountain home with a gorgeous year round view of the Appalachian mountains and Lake Chatuge. Enjoy a large porch with western exposure. This home has 3 bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms with TV's are on the main level with 2 full baths. One bathroom has a tub shower combo and the other has a jetted garden tub. Fully furnished kitchen and washer and dryer on the main level and a second washer and dryer downstairs off the kitchenette, The living room on the main level has a large sofa and sitting areas with a beautiful view of the mountains and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen table has seating for 5 and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. A spiral staircase leads to a downstairs second living area with a large pit group sofa for reclining to watch movies or TV. Downstairs also has a kithchenette with a second refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink. The third bedroom downstairs has king bed and TV. A full bathroom is also downstairs as an ensuite to the king bedroom. A separate area has a pool table, TV and seating with access to the outside lower level. There are two 4 person high bistro table a regular height around dining patio table that also seats 4 people. Extra bedding for children or petite adults on 2 padded cots with sheets extra linens.
