That hotel needs a make over. The front desk is the only area they renovated after the storm. The rooms and bathrooms need a well needed refresh with everything. Location is great I’ve been staying there for 14 years at least once a month in the last 2 years.

The room was soooo cold I left a day earlier The front desk said they’d send a portable heater, nothing was sent. I had mentioned it also on the first day. They didn’t seems to care. Since my room was paid for 3 night , left on the 2 Day. The hotel is out dated.

We were in town for a family event and spent two nights at Sure Hotel by Best Western Hilden-Duesseldorf. We had a great stay! The hotel is located near the quaint downtown area. We caught the S-Bahn to Düsseldorf from Hilden Süd which was about a 15 min walk. Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel staff was very friendly. Our rooms very extremely comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered a variety of food options for every family member. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel needs to adopt the new ever changing environment, Better showers, they’re outdated. USB outlets should be provided throughout the room. Beds needs to be the true king/queen The gap between the bed made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. More amenities like lotions and conditioner. The breakfast was super and staff are friendly.

Be sure to ask for a room in the back. Any room at the front is very loud because of the main thoroughfare with a lot of noisy traffic just below when the window is open. Parking costs extra either in the hotel garage, or if it is full, in the nearby parking garage. The hotel is right by the beautiful, friendly pedestrian center of Hilden, absolutely worth seeing by all means!! The hotel dining room with free breakfast is memorable and quaint --- do not miss that.

Convenient

Convenient for the middle of town, reasonable restaurant and bar, but plenty of other places to eat nearby if you fancy a change. Easy parking. Very good breakfast including cooked eggs, bacon & sausage as well as more 'continental style'

Comfortable with nice breakfast

The Amber Hotel is relatively comfortable, with nice big rooms and a proper shower (very important) The food is fine, with the "Amburger" and the breakfast is one of the best I've had in Germany.
