Location is perfect for visiting Hillsdale College

My son was in town for a summer football practice. Beds were very comfortable. Having a washing machine after a sweaty workout was very nice. I appreciated the kitchen to heat leftover lunch while my son was with his teammates. Temps got a bit warm upstairs during the day but comfortable for sleeping with the extra fans. That would not usually be an issue if not for late June.

We were looking for a short-term rental within walking distance of Hillsdale College to attend our daughter's concert. This little home was just what we needed. Very clean, very positive interaction with the owner. Would highly recommend and will stay again if available!

Decent well stocked

Older house fixed up decent; reasonably comfortable, and well stocked with misc needs and kitchen extras.Responsive communication with owner.Owner obviously cares about making a nice rental property for a reasonable price.Neighborhood decent, with single exception of the neighbors across the street. No drama or anything, but not a good property to look at and they let one of their many cars alarm go off all night for one of our 2 nights there. Probably not a recurring thing.
