The Space:

This two-story villa is designed for comfort, privacy, and easy coastal living. The main floor features an open-concept living area with comfortable seating, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. You’ll also find a convenient laundry area downstairs. Upstairs, all bedrooms are thoughtfully separated from the main living space, creating a quiet retreat for rest and relaxation. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy peaceful lagoon and golf course views. A cozy reading nook tucked under the stairs adds a fun and relaxing spot for kids to unwind, making the space ideal for families or small groups.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire villa, including all living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry area, and private balcony. You’ll also have access to Shipyard Plantation amenities, including walking and biking paths throughout the community. For your beach days, the villa is stocked with 8 beach towels and 4 beach chairs, making it easy to pack up and enjoy the sand and surf. Parking is available on-site for your convenience.
