Best group trip ever!

This was the 56th year that some of us have known one another. Over the years we have stayed at some very nice places. 7 Black Duck exceeded them all. We appreciated the thoughtfulness in having enough towels and other amenities. Just an overall great home in an A location!

How to celebrate a 90 th birthday with 15 family members

Our vacation on HH Iland was wonderful at this house. It is big enough to accommodate a large family gathering. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool space accommodates all and the beach is step’s away. The neighborhood is quiet and located walking distance to Salty Dog and tennis courts. Bikes are included in the rental and there are wonderful bikes paths throughout. Multiple dishwashers made mealtime easy. Would recommend this beautiful home as we had no issues

Big Family Gathering

This home is perfectly designed for a large family gathering; the bedrooms are all similar in size, the pool is spacious and access to the beach is easy, And there are table games aplenty for inside fun. We'd definitely return!

The pictures were deceiving. Loft area was much smaller than pictures. No ice in kitchen freezer and when we put ice in an ice tray it froze in a clump. Temperature off, ice cream very soft and frozen waffles box was wet with lots of moisture. Stove took extremely long to boil water like 30-40 minutes. Very few spoons. Rest of dishes adequate. Basement shared bathroom with bunks but on opposite side of hall. Cleaning crew did a good job

Welcoming Property for Extended Family Vacation

We had a great extended family vacation with 15 of us, ranging in age from 6 to 76. Phenomenal location and great amenities. Pool was great. Enjoyed the ocean. Lots of room, Quiet neighborhood. Short bike ride to Salty Dog. Lots of birds and even had deer come through the back yard one morning. The Vacation Company was extremely responsive to questions and requests both before and during the stay. Would definitely come back here!
