Welcome to the sunny skies of Hilton Head Island! Hilton Head is known not only for it's beautiful white sandy beaches and amazing sunrises and sunsets but also for the many recreational activities available. Enjoy fishing, boating, golf, tennis, dolphin watching and much more. Miles and miles of bike paths serve as an easy access to our many restaurants and shops, as well as Hilton Heads famous Coligny Circle.

Our beautiful and completely renovated 2 Bedroom 1 bath immaculate ground floor (no stairs inside or out!) condo is situated in the quiet area of S Forest Beach, 3rd Row from the ocean - located in the Dunes Villa complex. It is located less than a block from the beach and just blocks away from all the shops and restaurants at Coligny and the new Celebration Park!

Our beautiful condo has been completely remodeled (new flooring, new kitchen and new bath with tiled walk in shower, new appliances, new full size washer and dryer, new paint and all new decor!!) and situated just across the street from the beach on the Adler Lane Beach Access. The Alder Beach lane access provides a short and easy walk to the beach and has outside showers and public restrooms. For further reference It is located across the street from the Marriott Grande Ocean Club for those familiar with the South Forest Beach area. Many consider this one of the best locations on the island and a hidden gem - steps from the Tiki hut on the beach and a short walk to to the shops and restaurants located at Coligny in one direction and less than a mile form the Sea Pines Entrance in the other direction. This community also sits right on the awesome bike trails of HHI - so basically you can park your car for the week and walk and bike most everywhere!

Our condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and features an amazing new kitchen with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The new remodeled bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in tiled shower. We also added a brand new full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has King bed and new mattress and second bedroom has a queen bed with new tempur pedic mattress - both with high end bed linens. Smart Tv's in all rooms with Spectrum cable, Roku sticks and high speed internet included. In addition we provide beach towels, beach wagons, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas for your stay! It has one assigned Parking space right at front door and contactless entry.

"All inclusive stay"

Nice comfortable condo. Location excellent to beach and a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. Our grandkids stayed in a condo across the parking lot. Great place for kids! I called it an "all inclusive stay" because everything was close by and easy to get to. Thanks!

Great location to explore HHI

The 2 bedroom condo was a perfect location for exploring the island. It was just big enough for 2 adults and two children. The full kitchen was great to have and the beds were some of the most comfortable that we've slept on in a rental. We rented bikes nearby and were able to easily bike to the Coligny Plaza and Beach park area during our stay. You can walk to the Adler Beach access within minutes across the street from where the condo is and while we didn't use them, there were beach carts and items to use on the patio. Angela the host made everything easy with the instructions and communication. Would definitely return when planning another HHI trip.

Great place!

This was perfect place for our stay on Hilton Head Island! The place was decorated so cute and in a great location, just a couple minutes from the Coligny area and the beach! The place had everything we need and the best part was how clean it was!!! Angie was a great host, and we would definitely recommend this place to others!

Loved all the information for the unit in her booklet, all the extra necessities like toilet paper, trash bags, Reynold wrap and plastic wrap. Never experienced that in all the places I’ve stayed in HH only gave the bare minimum. One of the easiest locks to work on the entrance of the property and so was working the TV

Great location!

Location was perfect distance to the beach. There is about a10 minute walk, but it was a beautiful walk. The condo had all the beach necessities (chairs, wagon, umbrellas). We also appreciated the washer/dryer in unit and the provided detergent. Excellent area and if we ever calmed back this area, would absolutely consider this condo! I also wanted to mention, we made a request, and our question was replied to within minutes and host was exceptionally wonderful to work with!!

Fabulous stay in HHI

Wonderful stay

Located less than a 10 minute (shaded!) walk from a beautiful, wide beach, this condo is comfortable and well-appointed. We are a family of 4, so though on the small side, the condo was just enough space for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with knives, cookware, small appliances, etc. all of which was utilized and very helpful! They even had extra garbage bags and dishwasher pods (more than 1) which is better than most rentals. Also - mattresses and bedding that is actually comfortable! Note to other owners: IT CAN BE DONE. The check in/out process is super easy and both the parking and condo location is so convenient. The supplied beach wagons are good quality with wide wheels, as are the chairs and coolers. Our family visits HHI every summer and this area (South Forest) is our favorite on the island.

Great Stay

We have been visiting Hilton Head Island for many years. This condo is in a great location. It is an easy walk to the beach and is close to a bike trail and other areas we enjoy visiting like Coligny Plaza. Although we didn't use any of them, the cute, small, covered porch outside is well stocked with items you can borrow for a trip to the beach. The inside of the condo is well equipped and well taken care of. We liked that it was a first floor unit. Communication with Angela was great. She was quick to answer our questions. We would stay here again.

Lovely weekend getaway near Coligny

We enjoyed our quick trip to HHI. The condo was comfortable and we loved the location. It was a nice and easy walk to the beach, especially using the included wagon to haul all our things, and the pool was clean and never too busy. The designated parking spot is right outside the condo and so convenient. The lot is narrow in places and can be a bit tricky to navigate oncoming vehicles but all the drivers were considerate. The unit was well equipped and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. When we arrived, the smell of air freshener and/or scented cleaning products was very strong to the point of being overwhelming for us as we don’t typically use strong fragrances or scented plug-ins at home. Overall it was a minor inconvenience on an otherwise lovely experience but thought it was worth mentioning for consideration.

A Wonderful Vacation

This little quiet gem is tucked away off the road, but less than a 5 minute stroll to the beach. It was so nice to have access to a wagon and all the beach necessities you’d need. The condo is very well taken care of and very clean. The bike path is right at the end of the lot to hop and off. Communication with the host was very quick and easy when questions arose. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back:)

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The host thought of everything including USB ports to charge our devices. The condo was was very clean and comfortable and was very convenient to all the attractions in Hilton Head. I would definitely stay there again! Having to not have to pack beach chairs was a plus! She also kept in communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to book with her again!

Great getaway

Good location, short walk to the beach. The Condo was very clean, inviting and well equipped. A lot of thought has gone into making sure there were plenty of towels including beach towels, beach chairs etc. The guest book was well written and informative. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Our host was extremely helpful,and responded promptly when we contacted her.

Winter getaway

My husband and I appreciated the amenities and location of the unit. Parking was close which helped with unloading and loading. We cooked most meals and the kitchen offered all that we needed. It was nice to have chairs and a cooler when we went to the beach. The host touched base with us throughout the stay to make sure all was well. This location worked well for us.

Perfect place to relax

My children and I had an amazing time at your place. Everything we needed was there. And so close to the beach! We celebrated New Year's on the beach and saw fireworks. You can't beat that! The place was clean and comfy. We look forward to staying there again.

Great Stay

The condo was very well stocked with anything we would need and the communication and help from the owners was excellent! The wagons provided were essential and so helpful when transporting things to/from the beach. The condo area was very quiet with little traffic which was nice for my kids when riding bikes. I did book this place mostly for the heated pool which wasn’t all that warm but my kids were still able to swim.
