Heritage Villas 2203 - Viehättävä 4 makuuhuoneen kaupunkitalo lähellä satamakaupunkia

Heritage Villas 2203: ssa on kaksi Master-sviittiä, joissa toisessa kerroksessa on oma kylpyhuone, joissa molemmissa king-size-vuode. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on kuningatar kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa ja neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on 3 erillistä vuodetta, joissa on kylpyamme. Kolmannen kerroksen makuuhuoneessa, jossa on kolme kaksoset, on toinen parivuode isossa vaatehuoneessa, jos tarvitset lisää nukkumatilaa. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio. Heritage Villas on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kuuluisalta Yacht Basin, mailakerho ja Golf Links Club House. Paikka on suosittu golfarien keskuudessa ... etenkin vuotuisen PGA-turnauksen aikana, joka järjestetään Hilton Head Islandilla joka huhtikuu. Vieraat nauttivat myös satamakaupungin ja Sea Pines Centerin läheisyydestä, koska ravintoloita, kauppoja ja loma-aktiviteetteja on laaja valikoima kävelyetäisyydellä. Sea Pines -sivustolla on mailia pyöräteitä, aja Lawtonin tallien ohi tai metsänsuojelualueelle täydellisestä luontoympäristöstä. Vaikka monimutkainen on mailin päässä merestä, lomanviettäjät voivat hypätä kohteliasiin vaunuihin ja viettää hauskan matkan Sea Pines Beach Clubille tai South Beachille viereisessä Sea Pines Centerissä. Excellent location and house for large families

Perfect location for biking to everything! The beach, harbor town, restaurants, coffee shops! Had an amazing time with 9 of us in the house together. Plenty of room to not be stepping on each other but large enough table and family room space to all be together for movies and dinner times. We will be back!

PERFECT FOR RBC HERITAGE

Eight of us (4 couples) stayed in Buddy's 4 BR villa for a week during the Heritage tournament. It was an easy walk to the 1st green/2nd tee - perfect spot. We usually rent a large house, but the bedrooms accommodated all of us and the living area had plenty of seating for all of us. The dining area also accommodated all 8 of us. The guests in the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor got hot in the evenings and were unable to lower the thermostat past a certain degree. As a property owner of several villas, I understand, yet do wish it could've been set a few degrees lower. We alao wish we could've received the parking passes ahead of time by mail, as we had some coming later in the week, and had to leave the tournament to go meet them with a pass.There were ample dishes and linens. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful!

We love staying in sea pines. This space accommodated our entire group nicely. All amenities were great. Being able to ride bikes everywhere is great with teens and tweens. Really great family atmosphere. Would definitely rent again!

Very well laid out since we had 5 children.

Very nicely decorated. Unit had all the items needed. There was a broken chair when we arrived in the living room. There were 2 screws (not the correct ones) holding the base. Eight screws were the correct number required. My husband purchased screws and fastened the pedestal to the chair. Good as new now. We would rent again.

Wonderful Stay!

What a wonderful week!! The condo accommodated our group so well! It was also within walking distance to Harbour Town. Heritage Villas also has a fantastic pool! Many wonderful memories made in Heritage Villas 2203.

Surroundings and property were all nice. It was a good distance from the beach and getting our crew back and forth to the beach was challenging. The beach was quite crowded and folks are allowed to set up large tents and umbrellas directly in front of the rental umbrellas and chairs.

Love location!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. I loved the location of this property in relation to Harbourtown. That was our favorite area that we explored. The weather wasn't the best during our stay, but the townhouse was spacious so we could spread out during the rain. Thanks!!

We enjoyed the property and the unit. There was an issue with the 3rd floor AC unit on Sunday night and management had someone out quickly to repair and get it up and running before we went to bed.

Great location, good layout for multiple families

We were pleased with how quickly we were in and out at check in. We were surprised to see a fenced in area that could accommodate several bicycles. Had we known, we would have brought some, now we know for next time. That same area holds the trash can and has a line for hanging wet towels. Washer and dryer is a great perk. The kitchen has a full empty cabinet to put pantry items. The rest is stocked with tons of utensils, servewear, pots/pans, slow cooker, blender and more. While the family room is small they have procided plenty of comfortable places for a group to sit. The two master bedrooms on the 2nd floor were lovely with their own baths. Third floor bathroom and bedroom are nice sized. The teens lived having their own beds in the 4 twin bed room. Fans are throughout the condo. We liked having two porches off the back, especially while using the charcoal grill. The pool is right in back with plenty of chaises. This location is an easy walk to Harbour Town. The trolley is not as convenient as we thought it would be so we did not utilize it. Our only complaint, one that we realize can’t be fixed easily, is that the second floor bedrooms can hear every step and movement from the third floor bedrooms.

Awesome time in Hilton Head
