Upon entering the home, you arrive in the formal living room with views out to the Harbourtown Golf Links and private pool. The great room is adorned with a wooden ceiling, hard wood floors and more great golf views. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to entertain for events and prepare gourmet meals. A private chef would enjoy preparing meals for your group. The oversize master suite is on the first floor with king size bed and oversize en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. There is a guest room on the main floor with a queen bed also. One guest room has a king size bed with en suite full bath. There are three bedrooms that have two queen beds in each room and full private bathrooms. There are a total of four bedrooms on the main floor. Two bedrooms are up the stairs. You go up the steps to a sitting area with a comfortable couch, nice and private to get away from everyone. There is a huge bonus room at the top of the steps with a very large sectional couch with huge flat screen TV, bar area, pool table and ping pong table too. The bonus bedroom area has two sleeper sofas that will allow you to sleep over 20 people in the home.
Sea Pines Resort is home to the PGA Heritage Classic Golf Tournament every year on Hilton Head Island. Featured the week after the Masters, the Heritage will draw the top players in the world to Hilton Head Island. You can play where the pros play at Harbourtown, designed by Pete Dye, or play one of the other two championship golf courses, Atlantic Dunes, designed by Davis Love III and Heron Pointe, designed by Pete Dye. There are numerous tennis and pickle ball courts to enjoy in Sea Pines Resort. One of the best destinations to enjoy are the Harbourtown shops and restaurants. Casual restaurants like Salty Dog Cafe or Crazy Crab are in the Sea Pines Resort. There are miles of shaded bike paths to enjoy or take a stroll on the beach.
