A cozy hallway alcove holds twin bunks the kids will love, while the primary bedroom features a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep.

Head outside to enjoy the communal outdoor pool, or grill and dine al fresco with the outdoor seating and BBQ grill. On-site communal laundry makes longer stays and sandy suits a breeze. Park once and wander—beach access, shops, dining, and the iconic Tiki Hut are all just a short stroll away.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking is first-come, first-served in the surface lot or under covered parking. No assigned spaces; additional parking beyond what’s described isn’t available.

• Laundry: Communal washer/dryer is available within the complex; there is also a laundromat nearby.

• Sleeping note: The twin bunk bed is in a hallway alcove and is not a separate bedroom.

• Communal amenities: The pool is managed by the HOA; hours and availability may vary.

• No pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Additional cleaning fees will apply if evidence of a pet is found.

• No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the deck.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
