This gorgeous 3-story villa has simple, coastal elegance throughout! The first floor has been completely remodeled, starting with beautiful and durable vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen is a soft and bright space with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink and lower cabinet drawers that all pull out for easy reach of cookware. The kitchen is adjacent to the laundry room which walks out to the private, dual-headed outdoor shower. You will only want to shower outside!

The dining room table will seat ten and is the perfect space for cards, games and puzzles. The living area is open and bright with comfortable seating, a large smart tv and walks out the double French sliders to the patio. Enjoy a margarita while you grill your fresh catch from the cove right in your backyard.

The second floor has a great room for kids with a double bunk bed & trundle, plush carpeting, smart tv and private bathroom. There is also a primary suite on this level with ample closet space and en suite bath, plush carpeting and soothing coastal tones that wrap around the king size bed. The third floor has the second primary suite with spectacular carpeting, king size bed, en suite bath and a personal coffee and wine bar. You will want to stay here all morning soaking in the amazing sunrise views of Braddock Cove.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Friends get away

Beautiful and Comfortable Stay

Our stay was fantastic. We found the unit to be very clean and comfortable. The unit has fantasic views of the marsh area out back with lots of wildlife. The unit had comfortable beds, wonderful showers, and a bath tub which our daughter absolutely loved! It's a two minute walk to the Salty Dog shops and 4 minutes to the beach! The unit had plenty of utensils and the appliances were excellent. The Host2Coast service was spectacular! We come to HHI every year, and this was by far our favorite unit and stay. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location. The property has breath-taking views of the channel out of the living room, master and second bedroom. My husband was able to fish right out back, steps from the property, and be close enough to show us his catches (trout, mullet, croaker) through the back sliding door. I was able to walk to a couple tennis clinics and our two teens, ages 16 and 17, could walk a short distance to the beach or shopping. It was a short 15-minute drive to Harbor Town and Savannah was a little over an hour away for a fun daytrip. We had a lovely time and hope to be back!!

Perfect location and wonderful view

This property really exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped with everything we needed, very clean, beautifully furnished and had an amazing view. We had 5 people and there it worked perfect for our group of 4 adults and one teenager. We fished from the bank and the dock, easily walked to the beach and restaurants and enjoyed everything else sea pines had to offer. We hope to be back soon!

Hilton Head at its best

We often stay in South Beach because we love being near the beach, marina, lagoons and shops. The area can be crowded, but this villa is in the perfect spot to feel removed from people with ample parking and room for bikes. Sit on the patio or grass behind the villa and watch wildlife and the most beautiful sunrises reflecting off the water. Having full bathrooms and large, comfortable beds with TVs in each bedroom is a perk, as well as the large windows and screened doors. I especially enjoyed the master bath shower! Thank you for the warm Irish welcome on the front door and clever signs throughout the unit. We didn’t want to leave.

This property had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation! The location and views are amazing! The kitchen is well stocked and there was more than enough space for our family of 4. We love the South Beach pool and the short walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again next year!

This is a very nice property with a lovely view. It is a long walk to the beach but in the cool March weather that was not much of a problem except for bathroom breaks. The property is large and light filled and tastefully decorated. We had a few problems which were small. The shower rod in the bunk room bath fell down and we could not fix it, the curtains in the second floor master are inadequate to cover the windows and do not keep out the light in the mornings. I would recommend this to anyone who does not mind the long walk or bicycle ride.

Great Quality and Value

My wife and I made a quick decision to get ahead of the COVID Curve and departed a week early, to our eventual destination/rental in Florida. A difficult drive was rewarded upon entry into our unit on Hilton Head. Everything about our stay was 5 star. We’ve rented many years with VRBO and this property rates among the top places we’ve stayed. I would highly recommend renting this unit
