Staff was very cordial. You have to secure a deposit and if you take out the trash, throw all the towels in the tub, and start the dishwasher. Very interesting since most individuals go on vacation to vacation!!!!! Would I go back probably not...

The experience was excellent. The only hiccup was when checking in with time-share, the office closed at 5 pm and didn't open until 10 am the next day. The hotel insisted that we deal with the time-share to finalize check-in. This was somewhat of a inconvenience.

We had a 2-bedroom suite/apartment for a four-night stay. We loved the apartment. It was easy to check in. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Everything we needed. Couple of very minor issues:1) better pot scrubbers for cleaning dishes would have been nice, 2) the cable TV wasn't easy to navigate but streaming services were available using your own account and 3) the timer in the sauna room didn't seem to work although the sauna did work perfectly fine temp-wise. Also, the rooms were quiet except the fan/vent for the a/c was loud. Fortunately, it didn't disturb our sleep.

overall this is a fantastic place. One minor issue is the check in process. Check in time is 4pm and office closes at 5. If you don’t hit that window then you stand in line with folks from another property, they hand you a folder, and you have to go to the Players Club office the next day before 10 am. So you end up going through the process twice, and have adjust your morning plans to be at the office by 10.

Room was very clean. Linens and towels weren't the super cheap kind. Dishes were clean. Our stay went well. Only complaint would be that the air is very loud. It sounds like an airplane but all else was great. We got the room with the sauna upstairs. Also no noise. Walls seemed very thick. Front desk person was really nice. Facility was clean. Washer and dryer worked well. Location is great!

Completely CATFISHED! !!! This property was made in 1800s and never remodeled, no signal no WiFi , aVHS and DVD PLAYER??!!? With a 30 in tv insane !! Still have yet to receive refund . Another couple checked out with us. Same thing happened to them . Scammers
