Great beach access!

This house was perfect for our family and our needs. All rooms were comfortably set up with great consideration for the guests. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and out door shower after the beach. A beautiful home I would gladly rent again!

Good not great.

House is dated. The layout the is strange. The listing pictures are not a great representation. Master bedroom is basically in the kitchen. You have to walk outside to get to the screened porch. Pool furniture was 2 lounge chairs and that was all. All drawers throughout the house were dirty. Looked like the house hadn't been stayed in in a while. We love sea pines. Location was good. Right next to beach walk. Pool area was nice but needs more furniture. We felt like this house was fine but over priced for what it is and would not rent it again. Rental company (Hilton Head Properties) was very nice to deal with.
