*Parking note; Mariner's Way offers a limited number of unassigned parking spaces for residents and guests directly outside the building, as well as an unloading zone for temporary use upon arrival. Additional public parking is available surrounding the property in a number of lots, but during peak season and busy hours, spaces can be scarce due to high demand, so mid-afternoon arrival may require patience on some days. During summer months, (Memorial Day - Labor Day), plan ahead and use the Sea Pines Trolley during peak times. Parking is generally easy to find during the off-season.

It was a beautiful place to stay! All of the furniture was clean and new. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well decorated and comfortable. Our host was a great communicator, too. The thing that stood out the most was the amazing location! We were able to walk to most of the places that we wanted to see in Sea Pines/Harbour Town. We loved eating at Quarterdeck and at the Links without having to get in a car. We stayed during New Year's Eve. This allowed us to watch the (very crowded) golf ball drop at 7pm and we were back in our room by 7:03. If we didn't have this excellent location, we would have been fighting for parking spots and then sitting in traffic.

We loved our accommodations! Great location right in Harbor Town with easy access to golf, pool, tennis, pickleball and the Harbor Town shops and restaurants.The home was lovely, beds were super comfy, kitchen was nicely appointed, in unit laundry, two baths, and two large bedrooms. The owners were super easy to work with and communicated promptly when I had a question. The complex was very quiet despite being in the heart of Harbor Town.

We spent 3 days at this beautiful property. The condo was well furnished and fully stocked for a very pleasant stay. The layout is great for a family or friends gathering and the hosts thought of every detail. Great neighborhood only steps away from the Lighthouse, Harbor, and great restaurants. It was also very easy to go anywhere in Sea Pines or the rest of Hilton Head Island. The hosts communicated with us several times during our stay to make sure our stay was pleasant. We felt well cared for. If you are visiting HHI, 681 Mariner's Way is the place to be!

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs (two couples). It was great to have two primary bedrooms, each with a king size bed.Paul was a wonderful communicator. We would definitely rent his condo again if we are lucky enough to return to Hilton Head.

The best vacation!

We just had a fabulous stay at this beautiful suite in Harbor Town- the location and the property is fantastic. It is beautifully decorated and has a nice deck to sit out and get some sun in the morning.There are great stores and restaurants all around you. Lovely condo

The condo and area were great. The drawback is that there is no dedicated parking for the condos (well 3 spaces for the whole complex) so when you go out anywhere you are stuck searching for a space and walking. The beach trolley wasn't running so unless you drive to the beach, you had no access.

Paul was extremely quick to respond to questions and the entire villa was absolutely perfect. Location is ideal for the golf tournament but also for restaurants and Harbour Town events. We will definitely stay again.
