This completely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhome boasts all new furniture, flooring, paint and more!

The entry to this 2nd level property can be easily accessed by either stairs or one of the conveniently located elevators. The open-concept floor plan of the first level features all new LVP flooring, a comfortable living area with sleeper sofa and Smart TV, as well as access to the private patio.

The stunning kitchen features all new cabinetry, appliances, granite counters with a large center island and a coffee/wine bar!

The main bedroom is located on the 1st level as well. This room has a queen bed, plenty of closet room and a dedicate work space. The renovated bathroom features shiplap walls, a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The 2nd level of the townhome features the guest bedroom. This former loft space has been completely closed in for extra privacy and features 2 twin beds and a large closet space, as well as windows to let the natural light in.

Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Forest Beach Hilton Head Treetops have access to complex tennis courts and 3 complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!
