2 Minutes to Beach - Located on the first floor this unparalleled retreat villa offers the perfect blend of sophistication, relaxation, and breathtaking views. Experience the ultimate island escape, where every moment is a masterpiece. Indulge in the serene beauty of Hilton Head Island while relishing the comforts of your own private haven.



You get the whole place to yourself. There is a full kitchen and all the comforts of home. You have total privacy, yet I am only a phone call or text away, should the need arise. If you stay long-term, I will check in with you periodically, but basically leave you alone unless you contact me.

Come enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with new furnishings, full kitchen, AC, Wi-Fi, and enclosed sun room in a gated community with 24-hour security. The villa is on the first floor with easy access to parking and keyless electronic entry.

Port Royal Sound and Fish Haul Beach
The natural shoreline is quiet, and the shallow water is perfect for small children. This is a great spot to hunt for shells and sea life, as well as enjoy the natural surroundings. Bird watchers enjoy this side of the island and a bald eagle frequents the area. Please note, at low tide, the floor can be mushy or muddy in places - it is best traveled with water shoes (but still doable if you don't mind the squish). This is the shoreline of Port Royal Sound - if you are looking to boogie board or enjoy waves and fluffy sand, we recommend Islanders Beach or Folly Field Beach which are Atlantic-facing beaches about a 10-minute drive away.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Mitchelville Freedom Park. An indoor pool, a gym and 1 hot tub are available. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the condo.
