First thing I noticed when checking in was the stink of weed as I waited, I couldn't tell where it was coming from. No one wants to smell that. Then there was a guest causing disruption making loud noise and when staff was called they almost refused to do anything to resolve issues. I had to call BonVoy service who had to call management directly just to have the disruptive guest situation handled. I was just looking for a quiet normal hotel and instead smelled smoke stink and had to hear a disruptive guest for hours in middle of night. Other guests heard too. If you like quiet and civilized hotels look elsewhere.

We were in town visiting family and the young man working the front dest allowed us to check in early and was very much appreciated. The hotel is very nice and clean. And location was great! The only problem we had was people making noise at 4am right above our room and we called front desk and they took care of it. Overall very good stay !

We always stay at this hotel when in Hixson. Nice staff and clean facility. Convenient location with large efficiency type rooms. Breakfast is adequate but could be hotter. (Please bring back flavored coffee creamer). Hotel is located between Highway and railroad tracks, so be prepared to hear the train whistle/horn a few times during the night.

We love this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and limited hot options vary a bit. Hotel is convenient to shopping and dining. The only down side is it is located between the highway and train tracks, so can be noisy at times.
