Clean room and helpful staff. The best point was its location - super central with loads of attractions and cafes nearby. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a central hotel in HCMC. Note - check in times in Vietnam are usually around 4pm and even though we got to the hotel around 9 (and requested an early check in well in advance), we only got our room around 2pm. In such cases the central location of the hotel really helps!

Beautiful room, very clean facility, amazing staff, amazing breakfast buffet, and the perfect location in the city. The staff was very nice, and very helpful. The room was clean and the staff were nice and friendly, which is pretty standard for most hotels in Vietnam. The main reason we returned to this hotel was its location—just about six blocks from Bến Thành Market. However, make sure to bring your own shampoo and shower products because the ones provided were very low quality, with almost no bubbles and barely any scent. Breakfast was free but had very limited selections. We booked a Junior Suite for $156 a night, and the front desk gave us two drink vouchers. When we tried to use them at the restaurant, the waitress told us they only covered sodas, and none of the other drinks on the menu were included. It made us feel a bit cheap. We weren’t asking for anything free, but with such strict limitations, it would have been better if they didn’t offer the vouchers at all. For $156 a night, there are definitely better options in the same area.
