酒店位於繁華地段的大樓中，樓下就有連鎖咖啡店和超市，旁邊也有很多本地餐館，吃飯出行購物都特別方便，老闆人很好，我們剛到，便幫助我們換錢以及幫助解決各種出遊問題，房間設施配備也很齊全，特別適合家庭或朋友度假居住，到景點也不遠，打車過橋就到了。下次來的話，還會選這裏住。

Beautiful Beautiful Great and Respectful Staff Lots of ATMs, Restaurants and Convenience Stores Nearby. Walking Distance to Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum, Saigon Opera House, and Cathedral. We didn’t spent much for taxi while staying here. Their Spa is the best I ever had in my life. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious. There is washer/ dryer combo inside the room. The dryer took a long time to run and the clothes were just not completely dry. The breakfast has good selection of food.

The owner is very nice and accommodating. He sent us recommendations and all. The place was clean with complete toiletries, utensils and cooking equipment. If you’re looking for quick meals, there are convenience stores, street stall vendors near the apartment; there’s even a pharmacy in case of emergencies. The place is also accessible for grab drivers and grab. Highly recommend this place.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent hotel booking through Expedia. I specifically booked a room with the view we like, but upon arrival, the hotel gave me an entirely different room—one that was NOTHING like what I paid for. When I addressed this issue with the hotel staff, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and acted like this was completely normal. After a frustrating back-and-forth, they eventually moved me to another room, but it still did not match what I originally booked. This is completely unacceptable. I booked through Expedia expecting reliability and accuracy, yet I feel misled and cheated. I request an immediate refund or compensation for this experience. Please address this issue as soon as possible, as I do not want other travelers to go through this same frustrating ordeal.

Horrible customer service. I was not able to travel to Vietnam and had to cancel my reservation. The hotel refused to provide a refund and kept all the money that I pre-paid for 3 nights. Greedy hotel and management, stay away, they will rip you off too!

Terrible experience

Dirty bed, smelly room, cracking wall, water-leaking marks on the ceiling, the apartment offered is nothing similar with the pictures advertised. The accommodation provider is slow and eventually ignores communication, and declined refund when we checked out early. Considered the condition of the property is much over-priced. A good hotel is not more expensive and you will probably not have any of the above issues.

Disappointing Stay with False Advertising and Poor Quality As a Platinum Expedia member who has traveled to over 80 countries, this was my first time lodging a complaint about accommodations, and unfortunately, it was well-deserved. The property was severely misrepresented with misleading photos and multiple service and quality issues: No cleaning service was provided, despite repeated complaints. Staff arrived at an inconvenient time, and when asked to return later, they never came back. The room was unsanitary, with hair on the bed sheets and clogged drains in both the sink and shower. The furniture was of terrible quality, and the overall upkeep of the property was poor. Pricing was deceptive, boasting a $3,000 USD discount that clearly didn’t reflect the actual value of the property. This experience fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from properties listed on Expedia. I’ve contacted Expedia for a full refund, and I trust they will resolve this promptly.

ITS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK

SCAM. Do not book this property. It’s AirBnB, but after 10 hours flight and one hour taxi ride from airport, we were not able to contact the owner to get the keys and gain access to the apartment. After 2 hours of many, many attempts, someone showed up and requested payment, but denied to show us the room first. ITS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM. My friend, who booked the same room and arrived few hours later than us managed to contact the owner, paid the money and was asked to follow The person to another building nearby. NOT LANDMARK 81. The room quality was not as shown on the picture. ITS A SCAM.

제 남자친구와 저는 이 호텔에서의 숙박에 철저히 감명을 받았습니다. 객실 시설은 흠잡을 데 없었습니다. 침구부터 주방 도구까지 모든 것이 매우 깨끗하고 사려 깊게 디자인되었습니다. 접수원, 경비원, 청소 직원은 모두 매우 친절하고 전문적이었습니다. 도시를 돌아다니기에 편리한 위치이며, Bui Vien Street에 가까웠지만 소음은 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 유일한 사소한 불편은 객실 내 세탁기가 없다는 것이었지만, 각 층마다 공용 세탁 시설이 있어서 큰 문제는 아니었습니다. 매일 객실 청소가 이루어졌고, 무료 생수도 보충되어 4박 동안의 숙박이 더욱 편안했습니다. 게다가 오토바이 주차도 무료입니다! 앞으로 베트남에 갈 때마다 이 호텔을 꼭 선택할 겁니다. 특히 남자친구가 베트남을 좋아해서 자주 방문할 계획이기 때문입니다.
