The pictures like most places on Expedia from my experience are deceiving. The unit I stayed in was run down compared to the pictures shown on Expedia. I could only get one key card for the room which is a complete pain since you need it to operate the elevator.

They texted us at least 12 hours before checking in to ask us when we would be arriving but still, when we got there, they didn’t have the apartment we rented available for us. They put us in a larger apartment but forced us to change rooms 14 hours later and then tried to charge us for not washing the towels we used. They also tried to charge my brother for not washing the towels, even though there is zero information anywhere that states you must do so. Additionally, you need a special key fob to get up the lift but they only provide you with one, which is massively inconvenient for a family of 4.

SCAM – Avoid at All Costs! I made a reservation through Expedia weeks ahead of time with a confirmed check-in at 3 PM. However, at 4:20 PM, I received an email from the hotel saying my room had been "flooded," had a "broken leaking AC," and "mold on the walls." They claimed it would take a long time to fix, and the only solution they offered was to send me to another property. The alternative hotel they suggested had a 3-star rating (with terrible reviews, including "the worst hotel possible") and cost only $30 per night. Then, they wanted to move me again to another property, meaning I'd be bouncing around from hotel to hotel for my entire 5-day stay. I immediately refused and requested a refund, but they flat-out refused. It was clear they were trying to take my money and leave my family—my husband, daughter, and me—without a place to stay. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in, fully refunded me, and helped me find another hotel. By 6:21 PM, I was in a new hotel, safe and settled. This hotel is a SCAM! The way they handled everything was unprofessional and incredibly stressful. Huge thanks to Expedia for stepping up and saving the day!

Location is great. Amenities were ok. Just that the service for the host was terrible. Contacting the host is practically impossible and for some reason they like to make you swap apartments in the middle of the booking even after booking months in advance. I’ve had to take so many precautions when dealing with ANGIA and yet to no avail. I will never book with ANGIA ever again

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is NOT a hotel. It is a worn out, run down apartment building. They tried to scam me when I was checking out and wanted me to pay for new towels and sheets after my 4 day stay. They made me wait in the lobby while they checked the room and THEN sent a picture of a stain on the sheets and the desk clerk HELD IT UP FOR EVERYONE TO SEE!! Luckily I always do a video of a room when I leave as I travel a lot and know these scams happen. Expedia....shame on you for listing this place! The pictures online look great. They are professionally done and enhanced. My room had dust all over the vents, the floor was filthy in the bathroom and there was a hotplate on top of the non-functioning stove. Try having a picture of your sheets held up in a lobby for all to see!!!! They have a price list of everything printed and hand it to you so this has to happen frequently. The pool is a disgrace and the deck furniture is literally falling apart. There is a defunct night club by the pool filled with rotting garbage and furniture. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Disappointing

We arrived at 1:45pm and was told that we couldn't check-in until 2pm, which is fine. We waited until 2:30pm to find out that the rooms weren't even cleaned yet.The apartment was not well represented by the photos. It was very lacking and not as "modern" as the pictures showed. We needed a place with a full kitchen to cook for the children but there were ants everywhere and things looked unclean so we didn't end up using it. The bathroom and shower was unappealing and the towels didn't look clean. The one bedroom had such a bad smell that my parent's went downstairs to complain and there was nothing done. Overall it was a very disappointing stay.
