Location was good for us to get to our concert. Clean and comfortable. Parking spaces a bit tight and step in shower not good if you have limited mobility.

Please improve the handicap bathroom. Nice big shower, however every time you shower there is a flood on the whole bathroom floor. Even when you try to direct the shower head directly over the shower drain. Not enough of an incline at the drain. Put soap and like in room. None.

Clean modern facilities. Good continental breakfast range and dinner menu except it was the same dinner menu/specials every night - ? have some different items on special. Some confusion for my fellow traveller when ordering cup ot tea - teapot brought mixed with milk. Room power points limited for 3 people charging phones/watches/hearing aids. Wireless charging mentioned on lamp but couldnt get to work. Maybe some instruction.

Located in quiet part of town. Salemanca markets, shops, good restaurants, churches, warf for boat cruises, are all within 10 to 15min walk from the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking is under cover, safe and easy to access. Access to the roads around the hotel is easy and uncomplicated. Breakfast was good value.

Comfortable

The room was good size for two people a little tight for three. There was a folded bed added, which we didn't expect as the room was booked for 3 adults so we thought there would be a permanent single bed. The queen size bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice and a good shower and soft towels.Had difficulty parking in the car park and the nice desk attendant arranged for parking in the front.
