Located only 10 minutes walk from the Hobart CBD this stunning home is an ideal base for a break that is as relaxing or action-packed as you want it to be.

You have access via your own entrance and full access to the ground floor with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. You also have a deck with outdoor dining and fantastic views over the City.

The basement area isn't accessible.

There are stairs to this listing from the garden to the entry - need to be solid on your feet.

We are available to assist guests throughout their stay. Contact us by messaging through the app. We will generally not contact you so you can enjoy your stay without interruption but will respond as quickly as possibly if you have questions through the app messaging. We can attend to issues on site if they should arise.

Located 1.2km (19 min walk approx.) to the very center of Hobart CBD, at the end of a very quiet residential street with amazing views of the city, surrounding suburbs, and the Derwent River.

There is off-street outdoor parking as well as on-street parking. On-street parking is actually more convenient for guests of Hill House as you can park closer to the entrance. Guests can choose. Hill House is situated on...a Hill! There are steps to traverse to enter and exit the property.

You have access to the one bedroom flat, your own shower and toilet and kitchenette. You also have your own entrance and an outdoor dining table.
