Nice hotel in CBD but a nightmare to stay at if you have your own car. Difficult to get to front door and $35 per day for valet costs.

A spacious room with a comfortable bed. Sadly the GPO clock kept us awake. Lucky Chemist Warehouse right next door for some ear plugs!

Efficient check in and clean rooms. The breakfast needs improvement. There is a mediocre cold buffet and you can order from about 8 hot choices. Day 1 I ordered poached eggs but received scrambled. Day 2 my order didn’t get processed and after 15 minutes I enquired and the order hadn’t been placed because of time constraints i could only grab a quick piece of toast before my tour meeting time.

All staff at reception were very nice and friendly. Location is very convenient, close walking distance to the piers and shopping area. "Portion controlled" free ice-cream for kids and chocolate hour are nice touch, although the items offered in chocolate hour seem to be same most of time. Overall, nice stay!
