There were stains on the bin in the bathroom, which means I did not want to touch it and there were spills/stain inside the fridge - I had to make sure I put my stuff in a plastic bag. As I was staying for six nights, I felt that the one little piece of soap was insufficient, as was the toilet paper and handwash etc. I had to ask for more. My room had a long tube over it which must have been for air con, so at night, if the room next door turned on their air con, it was really loud in my room. I didn't put the air con on at all. On the plus side the bed was really comfortable and I am glad there was an extra blanket in the wardrobe.

The hotel is close to everything because it’s in the cbd. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Great price for a quick stay!!

Ideal location in the centre of Hobart, within walking distance to shops, businesses and the harbour. Room and facilities very clean, catered for all my needs eg self-contained kitchen, bathroom, TV, comfortable bed. Reception staff very hospitably and informative in relation to how to get about Hobart on foot.

It was a very good central base for our stay in Hobart. Easy to navigate to & from. Parking was very tight on Friday & Saturday nights. I felt that it would have been nice to have had the room cleaned on a daily basis.

The layout and functionality of the room is very confusing. Light switches are in strange places, the aircon was locked to 24c and the bed was a hard as a rock. On top of that, it was $30 to park there?!

The location is the best you could have, straight in the center. Hotel is a bit cheap but it's good value for money and feels nice when you have been staying in van or hostel for a while. Would not recommend for a romantic stay but for everyrhing else, go for it !

Could not adjust air conditioner temperature.I had to shut the window around midnight to block out noise from the street and it made the room very stuffy and too warm. There were no coffee or tea sachets at all in the room. The door key would not work when I returned after going out to buy coffee on the morning of checkout at 8am so I had to go all the way back down to reception to reactivate it. I found the car park fee on top of the room fee made it way overpriced for what it was.

Enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff on reception, good location. Farm Market out the front on the Sunday was great, but be aware if parking in the Hotel on the Saturday night, the streets out the front will be closed on the Sunday
