Get ready to relax in our 3-bedroom fully equipped ranch style house 15 steps away from the North Basin of the Hamilton Reservoir. The street level lot with 190 feet of private waterfront with a 32 foot boat dock (your own boat is welcome), paddle boat, rowboat and 2 kayaks are all ready for your enjoyment. The cozy house was 100 percent renovated in 2025. It features granite countertops with Island, brand new stainless appliances, a 60-inch Smart TV with high-speed internet. The Lake View Master Bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and mirrored dresser and its own private bathroom that includes a 10-foot walk in shower. There is a second full bath with tub / shower. The second guest bedroom is equipped with a full bed and a closet with shelving. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed, a dresser and closet. With 2 full baths guests can enjoy a smooth start to their day without competing for the bathroom. The kitchen and lake view living room have high cathedral ceilings with a huge ceiling fan. The house stays comfortable year-round with central HVAC. There are two large decks with comfy outdoor furniture. A Genesis Propane BBQ grille and a fire pit with seating are also outdoors for your enjoyment. The ranch style house is easy access with only 3 steps to reach the entry door. Other thoughtful touches include high quality linens, blender, coffee maker etc., iron, hair dryer, and a separate laundry room equipped with a new washer and dryer.

House was finished at the end of 2025 so I don't have any pictures of the exterior except for winter. I will post more exterior pictures in the spring.

The house is only 6 miles from Sturbridge 2 miles from I 84. In Sturbridge there are several breweries, numerous restaurants and markets. Old Sturbridge Village is open year-round. The Maine Attraction Restaurant is directly across the street if you don't want to cook. World famous Brimfield Flea Market is also nearby.
