There were many issues with this location. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I will not any location that is managed by Carolina Coast Retreats again. Pros It’s close to the beach. You can walk there easily.ConsPests- Ants - were all crawling everywhere in the living area when we arrived. Roaches - were all through the condo. By the time I started seeing them it was already too late. We had already unpacked.Spiders - they need to be sprayed. They were all in the first level room which is used for storage. However, the door to that storage has a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door so they can come in and out as they please. They were everywhere outside and the main entry door where the seal at the bottom of the door was torn where you can see day light. There is a giant trap door spider living at the corner of the door that can walk into the house.Cleanliness Was not clean. Every dish in that place was dirty. Utensils were disgusting. Drawers were dirty. No trash bags in the bathroom cans when we arrived. It looks like they just throw trash into the bushes behind the house. White stains on furniture.Maintenance's issues. Door trims are ripped so pests get in. Light switch in master bathroom kept falling off. We had to make sure we did not accidentally put our fingers in it.Towel holder kept falling off.Bathroom fans squealed after they ran 5 minutes.The ceiling fan in the bedroom with the queen could not be used. It sounded like the bearings are gone.
