The popular reverse floorplan puts all of the living spaces on the second floor to maximize the gorgeous oceanfront views from every window. The open floorplan allows all guests to spend time together, whether you are cooking meals or watching movies. You can access the oceanfront sundeck from the living room. The dining area seats 6 at the dining table, 4 at the eat in kitchen table, plus 4 more at the counter.

This oceanfront home has two oceanfront decks, one is covered and accesses a shared walkway with the other side of the duplex. The walkway has a large seating area over the sand. The private sundeck is on the second floor, just off the living room and offers comfortable outdoor seating and beautiful views.

Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
