This beautiful open floorplan makes the home seem even bigger than it is. A living room, Florida room, and screened in lanai provide wonderful entertaining areas for relaxing, watching, television, or playing games. The living room provides a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The master suite with king-sized bed has a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the third bedroom has bunk beds with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The downstairs bathroom has pool access and offers dual basin sinks, walk-in shower, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances There is a small nook with seating for four in the kitchen. There is also seating for six in the lanai and an additional table with four chairs in the Florida room. There is a full-sized washer and dryer on site too.

The expansive backyard has a small sandy area with chairs and a sizeable open-air private pool too. There are plenty of sun loungers.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

A private trolley offers worry-free transportation to local stores and restaurants or to nearby Bradenton Beach.
