Honeoye Lake House sijaitsee Honeoye-jÀrven itÀrannalla lÀhellÀ New Yorkin osavaltion julkista venelaskua. Talo sijaitsee syrjÀssÀ yksityisellÀ naapuruston ajaa. Runsaasti pysÀköinti on saatavilla ajotieltÀ ja tiellÀ autojen tai venetraileri ..

Anna tÀmÀ kaunis neljÀn makuuhuoneen ympÀri vuoden koti (tÀysin winterized pohjalevyn sÀhkölÀmmityksen) kautta tÀysin suljettu setripuuta kuistilla kaksi kirkas kattoikkunat. Kuisti on pelihuone, jossa on biljardipöytÀ ja tikkataulu viihdyttÀÀ ystÀvillesi ja lapset tuntikausia, jos pÀivÀt ovat tÀynnÀ sadetta. Suuret ikkunat ja liukuovet oleskelu- ja ruokailutilat tarjoavat kaunis nÀköala jÀrvelle. Olohuoneessa on puuhella ja televisio, kaapeli, DVD ja videonauhuri (ja Wi-Fi-yhteys). Ruokailutila tarjoaa istumatilaa 6 jÀrvelle pÀin. Olohuoneessa on iso lasi liukuovet kannelle, joka tarjoaa kaasugrilli, lisÀÀ ulkona tilaa 8, ja portaat suuri takaisin nurmikon 65 jalkaa tason jÀrven julkisivu. Avoin keittiö on hyvin varustettu ja on jÀrjestetty tuottamaan upea nÀkymÀ ulkona sekÀ avautuvat ruokailutila ja olohuone. Pois keittiö, löydÀt pesutupa tÀynnÀ pesukone ja kuivaaja sekÀ kylpyhuone suihku / amme.

Sen takana kotiin, on neljÀ makuuhuonetta. YhdessÀ makuuhuoneessa on parisÀnky ja tyylikkÀÀsti sisustettu mökki sisustus. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta tarjoavat queen-vuode ja parivuode. Suuri den (neljÀs makuuhuone) on kerrossÀnky ettÀ mukavasti nukkuu kaksi lasta (tai aikuiset) yhdessÀ oman televisio kaapeli. LisÀksi den on twin vetÀytyminen sohvalla ja kaksinkertainen vetÀytyminen sohvalla. Den voi nukkua neljÀ yksilöiden oman sÀngyn. Olohuoneessa on myös sohva, joka muuntuu parivuode ylimÀÀrÀisiÀ sleeping tilaa vieraille. Takaisin kylpyhuone on erillinen kaksinkertainen pesuallas turhamaisuus ja suihkukaappi.

Fun time with family

Great time at Honeoye lake. Stayed with family and had great time swimming, fishing, sunning, playing in large yard grilling and eating on large deck. Large , strong aluminum dock to sit, fish, sunbathe on or dock small boat to. Inside amenities have all you need to enjoy making multiple meals, watch TV or nap any time of day. Play pool, darts have dinner at huge table with fantastic view of lake or eat outdoors under huge umbrella on deck. Plenty to do for all ages!

Amazing Lake House

We had an amazing time!The Lake was gorgeous and clean, views from the house were also amazing. VERY quiet secluded neighborhood. We enjoyed the Dock, Fishing was fantastic, kayaking, and peddle boat, were all so much fun! We had smores around the fire in the evenings, and had plenty of firewood available.The kitchen was new, very accommodating/fully stocked, we used the grill and had meals every night except one, (we went down to Twisted Rail) Also loved having 2 full sized refrigerators such a bonus! Bathrooms were also new/modern and beautiful, plenty of towels/linens available. All the beds were comfortable and had extra blankets, sheets and pillows.We had 2 rainy days, we were so entertained in the game room with a pool table, Darts, cards and board games.We also rented a pontoon boat from Jerry at Trident, Highly recommend!We made many great memories, Hated to leave, and looking forward to return!Thankful to have found such a great place.

The house was very well equipped with Kitchen fully stocked. Very spacious eating area. Very clean for a lake house, well maintained. Enjoyed the firepit right by the lake every night. To have the private dock available was a nice perk as well as the paddle boat and kayaks that were available to us.

Relaxing

Perfect location for friends & family to reconnect with nature & enjoy the natural beautiful surroundings, including the Bald Eagle we saw several times a day out on the water. We would highly recommend this rental, this house feels like home to us, this was our 3rd year in a row staying here, the fishing is great Too !!!!!!

Great place if you have a boat.

Family of 10 rented the house and brought a boat. We spent lots of time fishing, tubing and waterskiing. Lake had algae issue but was good in the center. Not a lot of restaurants but we had planned to eat in. Double refrigerator was great. Everything fit very well. Beds were comfy. Owner had left basic supplies for use, seasonings etc and had lots of pots and pans for cooking. Yard was good size and we were able to play can jam and other yard games.

Family week on the lake

Our third year at David’s lake house and each year brings new memories. The only downside and there was nothing David could do about it, but ALOT of algae that did not allow for any water sports which disappointed the kids. Love the lake itself because it’s shallow overall making for better fishing.

Comfortable house but poor communications

After reading the positive reviews of David’s house, we (four sisters) were surprised to have a very different experience. Yes, the house was very comfortable. We had an outdoor fire the two non-rainy nights and enjoyed having plenty of firewood. The kitchen and living areas had everything we needed to prepare a few simple meals and enjoy each other’s company in the evenings after our day of exploring. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The bedroom situation is a little misleading as the room with bunk beds also houses the washer and dryer and therefore has no closet. The other three bedrooms had two closets each but only one of those six closets was usable. The other five were either locked, full of clothes or full of life vests. There were plenty of throws for the colder-natured of us and the bathrooms were well-stocked with towels. However, our communication with David was less than satisfactory. Emails about check-in and house rules were difficult to read (the information was a cut-and-paste from something else that displayed in 4-point font and did not text wrap!) and contradicted the written material in the house rules book. We were never able to successfully connect to the wifi, and when we reached out to David via phone, text and email, he replied to our first communication with an alternative modem and password that also didn’t work, plus almost insulting instructions (you have to open a browser – yes, we know that), but never replied

Family wedding trip

We attended a family wedding at Bristol Mtn and stayed at this VRBO. It was a great place for our family to be together. Great location, well stocked with dishes, towels etc and plenty of space. The weather wasn’t good so we were unable to hang out by the lakeside which was unfortunate as it is lovely. The owner is quite responsive to questions. Thanks for a nice accommodation!

Exactly What I Wanted!

My son and I have been planning on a fishing trip for his 10th birthday for a few months.Honeoye lake is picturesque and beautiful part of the Finger Lakes region. I sincerely could not ask for a more delightful house to be the centerpiece of our stay. The house was huge and very clean and inviting. The host provided everything I could ask for in the way of amenities. Grocery store within 10 minutes away. Most of all my son felt safe and secure. A true cozy home away from home. We rented a boat Saturday right down the road and fished and had a great time. But not as great of a time we had fishing right off the dock! More fish! BIGGER fish! Cleaned and cooked them and ate dinner by the campfire. If there were 1 part of the stay I did not enjoy I would say so! Perhaps leaving was a challenge. I had a great time with my boy that we will both remember forever and I could not ask for a nicer place. Thank you!

Finger Lake Family Fun

This property is a great location for exploring the Finger Lakes and surrounding areas. There are plenty of beautiful wineries and gorgeous landscape to take in on your drives around the lake. The property was a central hub for a mini- family reunion to attend my son's wedding. The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated and the kitchen was very spacious for cooking and well stocked with pans, plates and utensils for a crowd. All the appliances were new and easy to use. We enjoyed many meals together at the big table off the kitchen. Overall the property was well stocked for the guest in mind. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom and more blankets were in the closet. Overall this is a great comfortable property to enjoy family and relax. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did!

Honeoye stay

This was the second or third time we have stayed here. The owner has made several major upgrades over the years. The place looks better than ever. We'll definitely be staying here again.
