I think was strange that I booked a suite and only 1 breakfast was included instead of 2. Makes no sense for someone to book a suite alone, so providing 1 breakfast makes no sense too. If the purpose was to get a purchase of the 2ns breakfast, then I feel it's not something expected from a 5 stars hotel.

Really great hotel. Facility is very new and elegant. What you expect to see in a 4.5/5 star hotel. What I liked the most are: room was very quiet can't hear any noise from neighbors. Also very roomy I think around 300 sqft I am surprised to find in a place like Hong Kong. The shower is like a waterfall which is another thing dor me to rate a hotel as great. All the staff were very professional and friendly as well. Kitty at the front desk gave us a lot of tips for travellers despite it was super late when we arrive. We don't speak Cantonese (only Mandarin and English) yet everyone we interacted (front desk, bell boy, housekeeping) tried hard to communicate effectively with us and never shy away (or ignore us) I would definitely 200 percent recommend this place to everyone I know.

The hotel was nice. It's a bit of work to get to the hotel - you need to either go through a mall or climb a steep hill (it's Wan Chai, so that's pretty unavoidable). Staff was excellent. Facilities were excellent.

This is a newer hotel (2024). Location is excellent with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Conveniently located near the Wan Chai subway station. The price we got per night seemed really reasonable. Rooms were big. The housekeeping was excellent. Hot tip: They charge different amounts for the same room based on floor level. I would suggest there is not great benefit to being on a higher floor. The lobby is on floor 19 so all the rooms are quite high up. I was moved to a new room that was promised to be an 'upgrade' due to a plumbing issue. However, the new room was exactly the same as the old room just on a different floor. I suggest getting the room you want at the cheapest price. The breakfast buffet is well worth the price. We didn't get a room with it included but ended up having it every day as it's super convenient with a wide variety of food. You are a little bit elevator bound because you are waiting with everyone else for one. The pool seemed to be out of order a lot during our stay and the gym seemed poorly equipped by western standards if you asked me. However, we were staying there for access to the city and for that, it served very well. Would stay again.
