The space
Set on the 36th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, this entire condo places you just a short walk from Waikiki Beach. The layout is open and comfortable, with large windows framing ocean view and mountain view scenery from the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and private lanai. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help keep the space comfortable throughout the day, while fast wifi and an Ethernet connection support streaming or remote work.
Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 4 with a thoughtful setup for both rest and flexibility. The bedroom features a king bed, room-darkening shades, and cotton linens, along with a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. In the living area, a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, making it easy to accommodate family or friends.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, paired with a dining table for relaxed breakfasts or evening meals. The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
