The Space:

Morning light stretches across the Pacific as you step onto the lanai, the breeze carrying the rhythm of Waikiki below. From this high-floor setting, ocean and mountain views unfold in every direction, offering a calm vantage point above the city. Evenings bring soft colors over the water, best enjoyed from your private outdoor seating as the skyline begins to glow.



The space

Set on the 36th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, this entire condo places you just a short walk from Waikiki Beach. The layout is open and comfortable, with large windows framing ocean view and mountain view scenery from the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and private lanai. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help keep the space comfortable throughout the day, while fast wifi and an Ethernet connection support streaming or remote work.



Sleeping arrangements

Sleeps 4 with a thoughtful setup for both rest and flexibility. The bedroom features a king bed, room-darkening shades, and cotton linens, along with a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. In the living area, a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, making it easy to accommodate family or friends.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, paired with a dining table for relaxed breakfasts or evening meals. The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• All new loungers and daybeds

Fantastic stay in Waikiki! Highly recommend this wonderful condo. It’s in a great location, within easy walking distance to all that Waikiki has to offer - restaurants, bars, shops and beach! The condo is spacious, clean, provides all amenities you could need and more, and has a great big comfy bed! The view from the condo is incredible, lovely to enjoy with a morning coffee. We will absolutely be back, Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Loved our stay. Easy, convenient check-in. All you need for four in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and bath. And the patio is spectacular! Ocean view and postcard view of Diamond Head. Great location: close to beach, shops, and parks, but much less busy than just a few blocks away. Garage is a bit challenging, but adequate.

Terrific views and great location

First time visitors to the islands, Oahu was our first stop. Condo was just as pictures and description state, includes free covered parking, unit was recently renovated, clean, an awesome balcony that overlooks the ocean and DiamondHead. Perfect for relaxing as well as enjoying both sunrise and sunset! Location is an easy 5 minute walk from Waikiki Beach to enjoy the water, sunsets, restaurants and shopping, plus quick access to the freeway for sightseeing around the island.

This flat was amazing. View and cleanliness was spot on! Location was perfect for waikiki area and parking is handy.Thank goodness for the window air conditioner as it gets hot during the day and you will need to close the blackout drapes.Description was accurate. Great location and beautiful interior and views from this condo. Only c/o were bathtub not well cleaned at checkin. We were allotted 1 roll of paper towels and enough TP for only half the 11 days we stayed. I do expect that bare bones basics for kitchen and bathroom be included. Overall loved the place and would stay again

Perfect Stay!

Loved the unit! It is exactly as pictured but better. The view is amazing and if you are not cool with heights be aware this is a high rise building. We did not get to enjoy the amenities but they have plenty in this rental. If I ever return to Waikiki I would totally book this again. It was a beautiful trip to O’ahu and we slept great! The parking garage takes some getting used to, but it is a huge bonus that it is free covered parking for guests staying here. Other rentals did not seem to have that. I ran almost every day, it is just a couple minutes to the beach. It’s central to everywhere on the island, we had a wedding in Kailua and then my birthday in north shore, and we hiked Ka’ena point. Other than the typical Waikiki noise, this place was peaceful and very comfortable.

Amazing views

The condo was great. Amazing ocean, beach, and Diamond Head views. Everything on the website was accurate (i.e., towels, shampoo, free parking, etc...). I never had a need to contact the property manager, however, they had amazing communication before and during our stay. We were really only in the room at night to sleep, but there was a full kitchen and very comfortable living room. Even if you plan to spend everyday somewhere other than Waikiki this is still a great location for visiting Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, or viewing a sunset or two. It so easy to drive the entire island from this location. Btw, don't eat in Waikiki, go to Kaimuki, which is very close, more affordable, and more local. We would definitely stay here again. Btw, if you rent a Jeep Wrangler it will fit in the garage.
